“A great city hotel experience. Went just after Bangkok reopened without restrictions and I would say Amari Watergate complies with all the health and safety measures. Rooms are very clean, big and filled with all the amenities and extra water.
Also, bed linen and towels were all new and extra clean. Sleep quality of the bed was impressive as well.
Giving 4 stars because of the below reasons.
1. Their Spa was fully booked and was unreachable to make a prior booking.
2. Breakfast had a wife variety but most of the dishes were tasteless. Believe they have lesser staff and they didn't manage to maintain the quality.
3. TV was not working 90% of the time, could be due to the bad wifi reception.
Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Staff was helpful and definitely will stay again when there is an opportunity.”

“Waited 3 hours for 3 courses dinner, which the dessert was being serve first. The foods, when arrived is cold and some of them are undercook. Anyway, the room was nice and the staffs were hospitable. Would be an overall pleasant stay if wasn't for the crowd/ delay of service.”
