“Can’t find anything wrong with my 2 night stay. Check in was easy, location is perfect, the place was clean and the pool area has a bar that offers drinks and food. They even offer a free breakfast. My interaction with the staff was a positive one. There are many choices for lodging here in Galveston but if I came back I would stay here again.”

“My boyfriend and I came to Galveston for a cruise. We booked with one hotel and it was just an absolute disaster. At about 1230am on a Friday night, we called TownePlace, explained our situation, asked if they had any availability, and they did. Victor was amazing. He was so kind, empathetic, informative, such a wonderful face to see when we walked in after a rough day of travel and hassle. The beds were so comfortable. We saw a fridge, a little stove top, and new soap and scrub to do the dishes. If we were staying longer than a night, this would’ve been fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was some of the best continental breakfast we’ve had at a hotel. We will choose this TownePlace any time we come back to town, and probably anywhere else we go. Thank you for the fantastic service. I would recommend this hotel over and over!!”
