What a delightful suite! So well designed and comfortable. So close to everything especially with an elder in wheelchair. So clean and such views and fresh air due to excellent balcony. Top notch!

Great atmosphere and Great views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the harbour especially at night. The bar is trendy and offers good selection of wines and cocktails and food. Unbelievable location we enjoyed a romantic night out in Sydney and found the Pullman Quay Bar as we strolled and the circular Quay. Clean, friendly staff, whenever we visit Sydney we drop in to the Pullman day or night for a beverage and quiet time while feeling the breeze from the harbour. Highly recommended for a night cap !

Not worthy of a 5 star hotel, before even getting in the room the door key didn’t work twice and had to go back to reception each time only to find out that they knew the lock was faulty, they ended up sending someone up to open the door for us and we had to pick up the new key after dinner. There was no milk provided and when they sent some up the coffee machine milk warmer was broken! At approximately midnight the night manager knocked on and opened our door with out permission and left with out saying anything, scaring my wife as she was in the shower and I was outside. I asked for the morning newspaper which wasn’t provided and we weren’t given complimentary bottled water which should be given to Accor members with the level membership status we have. Positive note is they provided us a complimentary bottle of brut because it was our wedding anniversary and whilst we were dining at Q restaurant we were given 2 glasses of sparkling white which was nice, the restaurant staff were attentive but because of the problems to begin with it did sour the experience slightly. The views were great over Circular Quay & Sydney harbour but we won’t be going back
