“The hotel is right on the Dam and across a fabulous mall. Lots of store near by and it's in a busy area. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The same goes to the staff ladies on breakfast they were so nice and talkative, and breakfast was delicious. Lots of space in between the tables. The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. The cleaning lady barely cleaned the room in the mornings. The sheets and towels didn't seem to be replace everyday. One morning she didn't even replace the amenities. The beds were very hard.”

“This hotel was a great stay in a very convenient part of Amsterdam! We literally walked everywhere. Service was excellent and the staff was very kind and friendly. Great, comfortable king bed and a nice shower. I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast as it looks pretty basic and there’s so much to eat in Amsterdam. Check out The Tailor cocktail bar within the hotel and also make a reservation at The White Room for a fine dining experience!”
