“The service is phenomenal, the valet is quick, the people are helpful and think of your question and needs before you even ask them! Location is pretty close to the Eastern Asian part of town and you can find a great mix of authentic restaurants. Room is a little small, doesn't have a lot of electrical outlets but otherwise is very good.”

“I recently spent a weekend in the centrally located hotel in Montreal. The check in was pleasant and quick. The valet parking staff were prompt when I called for the car. I did however have to educate the drivers not to mess with the mirrors and seats as they had done. Especially the shorter of the drivers. The room was spacious, clean, well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The bathrooms were large, well lighted, and with good water pressure. The coffee maker was well stocked. The closet however was very small for all I had to hang there. I did finds the hallway very hot and the time to get an elevator far too long. On the second night the air conditioned stopped working and the next day another room was provided with compensation. This is what you would expect at a hotel of this level. The hotel does have a bar and breakfast buffet but nothing in terms of a full out proper restaurant for dining. Being centrally located, you wont find it a problem finding dining at every level and budget within walking distant of the hotel. Shopping as well is within walking distance. The night manager was polite and did all she could to handle a bad situation. The General Manager, when he arrived on the Monday I checked out was apologetic and carried himself with professionalism and class. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.”
