The handicap rooms are very accessible. The beds are a good height for a wheelchair . Shower has bench attached to a wall which is much sturdier than the temporary benches

Tudo estava limpo e bem organizado. O lobby foi agradável e aberto e a equipe foi amistosa e atenciosa. O principal problema eram as camas. Eles eram muito difíceis! Tivemos que abrir o sofá-cama para usar e comprar um colchão de ar ao invés de usar as camas! Além disso, os travesseiros eram muito macios. Era como se você deitasse a cabeça neles e tocasse o colchão, empilhando todos os três juntos 😅. Portanto, embora eu aprecie este lugar pelo ótimo atendimento ao cliente; Eu não o recomendaria para dormir.

Everything was clean and well put together. The lobby was nice and open and the staff was friendly and helpful. The main issue were the beds. They were way too hard! We had to open up the couch bed to use and buy an air mattress instead of using the beds! Also the pillows were way too soft. It was like you lay your head on them and your touching the mattress, and that with stacking all 3 together 😅. So while I appreciate this place for great customer service; I would not recommend it for sleeping at.

Bob, Norma and Alina always make our trip stress free. They are always quick to help and they know how customers want to be treated. We can stay in any other hotel in San Antonio but because of the 3 we keep coming back. Friendly faces and superior service...........why go anywhere else. Bob our family enjoy those talks we have when we are up there,thanks for the visits and for making our stays memorable.

Ok, deixe-me começar dizendo que nunca fui tratado tão rudemente ... mas de qualquer maneira este lugar foi bom "NO PRIMEIRO" a primeira-dama que veio para a limpeza foi super legal, respeitosa e fez questão de reabastecer tudo e nos cumprimentou com um olá e tenha um bom dia, mas dois ou três dias depois, outra governanta veio e uma senhora que eu nunca tinha visto antes, deixe-me ir em frente e dizer que ela foi desagradável, ela fez este hotel ir de 5 estrelas para 1 apenas vindo para o nosso quarto SEM MÁSCARA ( então eles não impõem isso) ela estava tossindo e sendo desrespeitosa Eu nunca fui tratado assim antes, eu tenho um ano de idade e escolhemos este lugar por causa dela para que saibamos que eles levam COVID a sério, mas não é o caso aqui ... a governanta até sentiu a necessidade de que a gente saísse e quando saímos ela tirou roupas de bebê sim roupas de bebê e quando eu falei para os gerentes sobre isso eles empurraram como eles pediram e ela disse não e disse para ter um bom dia, desculpe-me então, quando eu estava conversando com um membro da família sobre a situação com a qual o “CHEFE DE VENDAS” me atacou não posso contar para outros clientes SUA FAMÍLIA !!! Eu também disse que se eles tivessem uma regra de que poderiam me mostrar eu pediria desculpas e nunca mais diria nada, mas não, eles não poderiam apoiar que EU RECOMENDO ALTAMENTE QUE VOCÊ NÃO VENHA AQUI

Okay let me start by saying I’ve never been treated so rudely... but anyways this place was nice “AT FIRST” the First Lady to come in for housekeepingwas super nice respectful and made sure to restock everything and greeted us with hello and have a nice day but two-three days later another housekeeper came and this lady I’ve never seen before let me go ahead an say she was nasty she made this hotel go from 5stars to 1 just coming to our room with NO MASK (so they don’t enforce it) she was coughing and being disrespectful I’ve never been treated like this before I have a one year old which we choose this place because of her so we would know they take COVID seriously but that’s not the case here... the housekeeper even felt the need to have us step outside and when we did she took baby clothes yes baby clothes and when I told the managers about this they pushed it off as they asked her and she said no and said have a good day excuse me then when I was talking to a family member about the situation the “HEAD OF SALES” attacked me with I can’t tell other customers about it ITS FAMILY!!! I also said if they had a rule that they could show me I would apologize and never say anything again but no they couldn’t support that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT COME HERE

Gerente assistente rude (eu acho que Elena?) Mas pelo menos as outras 2 pessoas da recepção foram bons. O quarto não foi limpo corretamente. Pêlos longos no ralo da banheira, uma guloseima mastigada para cachorro perto do sofá-cama e no chão perto de um canto da cama havia doces e batatas fritas. Não nos preocupamos em pedir para trocar de quarto, pois já tínhamos descarregado tudo. Visto que estamos no meio de uma pandemia, gostaria que o quarto tivesse sido limpo melhor. Bastante desapontado com este Home 2Suites não é tão bom quanto era da última vez que estivemos aqui em janeiro. Adoramos ficar perto de Rim, mas depois dessa experiência ruim, provavelmente ficaremos no Hilton Garden Inn ao lado, que está sempre limpo e TODOS os funcionários são educados e prestativos.

Rude assistant manager (Elena I think?) but at least the other 2 front desk people were nice. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Long hairs in the bathtub drain, a chewed up dog treat near the pull out sofa bed, and on the floor near a corner of the bed was candy & chips. We didn’t bother asking to change rooms since we had unloaded everything already. Given that we are in the middle of the pandemic I wish the room would have been cleaned better. Pretty disappointed this Home 2Suites isn’t as great as it was last time we stayed here back in January. We love staying near the Rim but after this poor experience we’ll probably stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next door which is always clean and ALL staff is polite & helpful.

Excelente local para uma estadia em família. O hotel é bastante tranquilo e muito perto do Six Flags. Ter um alvo ao lado também foi muito conveniente, especialmente porque acabamos alguns suprimentos antes do final da viagem. Eles têm uma pequena loja de conveniência. Devido às restrições relacionadas à Covid-19, a barra de café da manhã quente não está aberta. O que é triste porque aqueles cafés da manhã quentes são incríveis. Agora te dão um saquinho marrom com muffins, frutas e suco de laranja (o suco de laranja era horrível; é a minha única reclamação do lugar). A equipe é muito simpática e foram muito úteis e acolhedores. Devido às restrições, os hotéis estão lançando negócios; então, definitivamente, obtenha o preço especial, se puder.

Great place for a family stay. The hotel is fairly quiet and very close to Six Flags. Having a Target next door was also super convenient, especially because we ran out of some supplies before our trip ended. They have a small convenience store. Due to Covid-19-related restrictions, the hot breakfast bar isn't open. Which is sad because those hot breakfasts are amazing. Now they give you a brown bag with muffins, fruit, and orange juice (the orange juice was terrible; it's my only complaint of the place). The staff is very friendly and were very helpful and accommodating. Due to the restrictions, hotels are putting out deals; so definitely get the special pricing if you can.
