“Miembro de Hilton Honors. Me alojé en este hotel durante una breve estancia en Savanna. Personal maravilloso, habitación limpia, estacionamiento seguro, desayuno gratis pero... La habitación estaba vieja y cansada. Limpio pero los muebles estaban viejos y en mal estado. Mi esposa ni siquiera se sentaba en el sofá. Las paredes cerca del escritorio estaban rayadas y astilladas. Necesita reparación y pintura.Teniendo en cuenta que el cargo y otras propiedades de Hilton en las que me he alojado fueron algo decepcionantes.”

“2/2 suite era perfecta para nuestra familia de 5, sin embargo, hubo bastante mantenimiento diferido. La plomería en uno de los baños nos mantuvo despiertos la primera noche, ya que estaba gritando. Durante una ducha, hizo un ruido sordo horrible que sonaba como si las tuberías atravesaran las paredes en cualquier momento. La otra ducha estaba como tibia en la configuración más caliente. Cuando notificamos a la recepción de los problemas, nos dijeron que se encargarían de eso, pero nunca vino nadie. Tuvimos que cerrar el agua para detener el ruido. Solo uno de los tres ascensores estaba funcionando para el hotel completo. Una persona nos dijo que había sido así durante casi 2 meses. A pesar de los problemas, el personal fue muy amable, la ubicación era excelente y el desayuno era decente; sin embargo, el alojamiento definitivamente no valía $400/noche.”
