“My husband and I along with our 2 year old grandson stayed for 3 weeks. Every single member of staff from the front desk to maids made certain to make us all feel welcome and helped in every way possible.Rooms and facility stayed clean and were plenty roomy enough to be comfortable for an extended stay. Pool and outdoor area were always in top shape Elevator went out during our stay, but wasn't a problem as staff quickly started helping checkouts carry luggage down the stairs. I can't say enough about how great the staff is here. Management has done an excellent job at selecting the best employees possible. My grandson will be leaving even more spoiled than when he got here since everyone of the employees showered him with attention, affection, and treats.”

“This place is under construction. This was not advertised, the phone in the room didn't work, so every time we needed something we had to go down to the front desk to ask. Then the shower tub was peeling and We had to wear flip flops in the shower. On top of all of that, the toilet stopped up as we were preparing to leave.😠😠😠 And as we requested a late check out due to toilet water on the bathroom floor, they refused and then they used our remaining towels to clean up and didn't give us new ones. The bed was clean and comfortable. luckily I hardly stayed in the room all weekend.
This was equivalent to the college stays at motel 6. Horrible to say the least.”
