“Reservei um quarto com área de estar e um lindo banheiro com penteadeira para ele e para ela. O serviço foi excelente e a piscina da cobertura foi nice com vista para o centro de San Antonio. O próprio hotel tem uma história rica, muito luxuosa e com um serviço superior. Eu esperava que a piscina fosse maior e o quarto não tinha necessidades básicas, como geladeira ou micro-ondas. Para conseguir gelo, tive que ligar para o serviço de quarto e demorou um pouco! Suponho que seja uma ótima estadia com belas vistas se você estiver planejando relaxar! Definitivamente não é um lugar para festa!”

“Check in was a wonderful and memorable experience with Mariana, she was so helpful telling me the amenities of the hotel, about my beautiful upgrade and wished me a great stay after check in. Minerva was fun too, she chimed in to let us know about directions to the elevator. Thank you both! Also, Imelda from room service(I think that's her name) delivered our breakfast with a smile and even offered to pour the coffee for us, outstanding service!! My steak was perfectly cooked and the presentation was on point! Beautiful decor, very clean room, everyone took precautions for the pandemic and ensured we were safe, the staff at the front desk was happy and fun! 15/10 would recommend and def staying there again!”
