Took my wife here for high tea for our anniversary - stunning decor, excellent service & an incredibly tasty selection. We couldn’t finish our plates- but not through lack of trying! Expensive but certainly worth it. A highly recommended treat.

The ground floor staffs are super helpful and friendly with great sense of humour too! I’ve never been treated better than this in other hotels. (Big shout out to Kelvin, he told me that I can tell the security staff in airport that I’m in a hurry to skip the line, otherwise I might have missed the flight). And it’s grand and full of details (provided flip flops instead of scandals that you may wear them to the beach, and the Diptyque product smells so nice) All in all, I strongly recommend you to have a stay here if you want to have an extra comfortable experience in Gold Coast.

Niley (the waitress in the hotel bar) on a busy Friday night was the epitome of an attentive and witty and perceptive waitress. We didn’t have to leave our couch/table at all and the service was excellent. She made us feel comfortable and was incredibly friendly. We will back on this alone. BTW, the cocktails were fantastic as well.

My partner & I love staying here, we stay very often & wouldn't stay anywhere else. The customer service & warm welcomes are always a favourite, we bring our dog here every time we stay and he loves the gift bag with the tennis balls. The rooms are so big & accommodating for all that we need. If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would.

One of the best hotels in Sydney. From the time you enter where I was greeted with a warm smile and bags taken away immediately from me, to check in that was seamless. The room was set up and personalised with a welcome card - gorgeous king bed with the comfiest pillows. The swimming pool was bliss, my favourite of all. Breakfast was enjoyable with great selection. 5 star experience overall, will surely keep coming back.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. We booked this because we wanted a 5 star experience with our dog. They have a dog package! It was amazing service, staff were so friendly and the food and cocktails were so good. I highly recommend the signature cocktail:) We had treats for the dog, a lovely bed and breakfast for him. I used the pool/spa and it was so peaceful and pretty. The room was lovely and the bed was huge! We will definitely come back again - very happy.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff in every section of the hotel are genuinely friendly and available to help. They clearly enjoy their jobs and have chosen to make careers of them. Of course the food, beverages and furnishings are luxurious and decadent... especially the cocktails! But we really felt it was the staff that made our stay so special. They are all young and fun, so whilst the hotel is very high end and ultra professional we never felt at all like we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. Our room was beautiful, the pool and spa is gorgeous, the Observatory Bar was so lovely to relax in and the staff there are sensational and so talented! We actually wish we didn’t have tickets to a show while we were in town so we didn’t have to leave!! Thank you for having us, we loved every minute and admire the time and commitment you must dedicate to training your staff. They are wonderful! 💖

Luxurious opulence, and the best service from staff. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was just spectacular, huge room, luxury bathroom, comfy king bed. Turn down service while we had dinner was great, room completely refreshed and ready for us to fall into bed and sleep. Drinks in the Observatory bar after dinner. It's the staff at the Langham that make everything feel so special, can’t praise them enough.

I would love to give this 5 stars. I went for a High Tea to celebrate the welcoming of a lovely woman into my family today. The Langham is a beautiful hotel filled with exquisite people, both guests and staff. The staff are friendly, warm, helpful, impeccable in presentation, and the Hotel itself is truly dreamy. The only reason I can't give a perfect score is there seemed to be a bit of communication problems among the service staff during our meal. The issues were things as simple as remembering to take our order for the hot tea we wanted and bringing out the no nuts platter in a timely fashion with the rest of the food, which we did mention when booking. I felt that they were maybe testing a new set of staff, which may well have been the case, and I wouldn't let it put me off trying it a second time. The food was good, environment spectacular, and I loved the unique addition of the dried smoked kangaroo with watermelon! It was a truly inspired little addition to a traditional High Tea.

The Observatory bar is exceptional in style, service and ambiance. No place wuite like this in Sydney. Wait staff friendly and attentive although at times we didn’t encounter they were slightly unsure of a few things. Superb selection of cocktails and spirit!! Bar food is pricey but you pay for the ambiance and Location. Overall a very nice evening and a serene place to relax in Sydney

Love the Langham! We stayed here for our anniversary and had an amazing stay. Such a beautiful hotel in the heart of Sydney. The rooms are immaculate and very clean. They are very spacious and well appointed. The bathrooms are luxurious. The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. We could not have been happier with our experience. We will certainly be back.
