Our stay at this hotel was amazing, my husband booked this place for my birthday! They surprised me on my birthday with beautiful room decor and a cake to top it off! The staff members are extremely polite and respectful, always making sure we are happy and fulfilled. Breakfast was great my husband loved waking up to his fresh orange juice and we really enjoyed the Moroccan the best I’ve had. The spa was great too. Enjoyed the full body massage which was out of this world!! I will definitely recommend Sofitel to all my family and friends as I would love them to experience what I have! If I do visit Morocco in the future I know where to stay!! From salina and Mohamed

A great and the best hotel in Agadir. Nice staff and they are always ready to help. Delicious kitchen (not free). Unfortunately you need to pay for the breakfast 22€ per person. It was delicious but expensive.

We have been there In January with 1 month kid. They gave us room on the ground floor that was full of ants... I would not say that cleaning service was on the high level. They have good pool and very beautiful seaview. Breakfast and dinner buffets were very good as well and stuff in the restaurant is very kind and helpful!! I was not amazed with spa... Body massage was good, but they don't speak English very well so very difficult to communicate if you have any problems. Definitely would not recommend facials there. They don't know even the names of products they apply, I don't tell you about ingredients... Waste of money... In general is good hotel to relax with family. Very quite and relaxing.

The hosts were very welcoming from the start and throughout our stay they were very pleasant and helpful especially the house keeping ija I do really appreciate her aid and her big smile. The room was lovely. Clean crisp sheets on a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a powerful shower, Breakfast was good fresh food, coffee was great.

Visited as part of our honeymoon tour of Morocco and this hotel was a highlight. Decorated and finished to a high standard we arrived and our cases were immediately taken by staff. The room was comfy, well laid out and spotlessly clean. Each comes with a fridge which is restocked with complementary cans of soft drink and bottles of water daily. We had a balcony which was very generous and used everyday. large heated pool, Public areas were generally clean and well maintained, The restaurants were all well cleaned and staffed, The beach area is part of a long promenade and well worth a walk up to the Marina.
