Hotel muito aconchegante, FUNCIONÁRIO bem receptíveis, seguramente não é o melhor da rede mas não tenho nada que reclamar minha estadia foi perfeita !

Great location - walking distance for tubes, buses, and mainline railway. Some food places nearby so you don't have to be limited by the room service options, if you don't want to be. Room was clean, and quiet. Got a great night's sleep!

Nice hotel, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Very central to the tube station and popular areas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the inability to turn the A/C in the room down because “then the room gets too cold because it is small”. The whole point of an A/C is to make the room cold. If you like the temp to be 22C+, then you’ll be fine.

Needed a room for two nights somewhere central. This was excellent. Great location, brat the tube. Very walkable to major areas like convent garden. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by.Excellent room, very clean and comfortable. Great service at the front desk.

Hotel bastante céntrico pero tranquilo. Bastante moderno de dentro y con lujos. El único problema és que los colchones del sofá cama en habitación cuádruple es finísimo y si vas con bebés o niños vale, pero si los niños ya no lo son y son jóvenes-adultos pués no se duerme igual que en una cama

We stayed here recently for a short weekend Theatre break in London with my Wife and 2 sons and with it’s location 50 metres from the Tube Station it was already a winner.. To be perfectly honest, the photo images are not a true reflection of the hotel. The photos make it look amazing but in reality the upstairs interior is a tad worn and shabby and the rooms are a definite 3 Star at best… However, overall, the reception staff could not have been more helpful and the breakfast menu options and service delivery at breakfast also, was among the best we have experienced in a hotel and pushed the 3 star interior up to a 4 star experience… The head breakfast waiter was fantastic and the breakfast food was delightful…We felt spoilt each morning …. Would we stay here again, shame about the bedrooms but yes, absolutely no question, we would definitely stay here again..

The staff were very friendly, and even though the staff couldn't find my room when I checked in they were very polite and helpful. Great location in London for business and pleasure. The room was a good size but dated in appearance. The room was also extremely hot, I had the air conditioning on the lowest setting and it was still too warm. I opened the windows but the noise from outside was really loud (think it might be the external air conditioning units). The shower was powerful, but again very dated and was far too low on the wall so kept hitting my head on it.

Bem localizado! Excelente serviços de todos os empregados. Café da manhã muito bom, estilo inglês!!! Ele fica do lado da estação Warren Street, que é por onde passam duas linhas de metrô muito importantes para chegar em outros pontos turísticos de Londres. Conseguia chegar muito rápido em qualquer lugar de Londres a partir dessa estação. O café da manhã é bem completo. É praticamente um almoço no Brasil!! Eu só voltava a comer no final da tarde. Normalmente estava sem fome no horário do almoço. O quarto é bem confortável, só achei o banheiro muito pequeno. Por isso sugiro que peguem um quarto maior possível. Eu fiquei no menor quarto disponível e não gostei desse ponto. Mas a cordialidade e o atendimento de todos os funcionários é o ponto forte. Em todas as vezes que precisei fui muito bem atendido. E percebia que eles se esforçavam realmente para me entender e me ajudar!!!

Not a bad hotel by any means, quite average actually. However, the lobby is tiny and when it's busy during check in it can get cramped. The room I stayed in is quite roomy and was clean and well presented and it's a good location. Upsides: *Location *Price *Service was good *Clean *In house restaurant and room service has better than average prices Downsides: *Shower in my room was not built for a 6 foot tall person, *Small lobby *No in house pub

This wasn't our hotel of choice, we were moved due to our original being group booked by the Government apparently! Right next door to Warren Street tube station, so easy to get to. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Complimentary bottle of fizz was a nice touch. Clean spacious room with a huge bed. Breakfast staff were very good and all the staff seemed to have a "can do" attitude. Enjoyed the stay immensely.

Stayed here a couple nights pre and post Princess Cruise. Princess staff on location during the day and hotel staff worked seamlessly with them to make guests comfortable. Front desk staff was great and always ready to help. They provided good information on local restaurants and events and were super helpful in making our both stays comfortable. They even helped with our luggage. The breakfast was great!!! and their service was also above expectations. The hotel location was good with buses right out front, Warren St. Station next door, and the hop-on-hop-off buses a couple blocks away. The rooms are small by American standards, but within our expectations for London. Overall, a good hotel with a great staff that cares.

Maravilloso. El hotel está muy bien situado, justo delante de la puerta tiene una parada de autobús con varias líneas, al Centro y a Candem, a escasos metros la parada de Wareen y a unos 5 minutos andando Euston Station. Además se puede ir andando a lugares de interés como es el Museo Británico o Regent’s Park. No queda lejos del centro. El personal fue todo excelente, llegamos varias horas antes del check in pero igualmente nos asignaron una habitación. Nuestra habitación fue silenciosa, el baño estaba completo de amenities, y cada día nos dejaban botellas de agua en la hab. Lo peor los colchones y las almohadas, excesivamente blandos e incómodos, y además había algo de polvo en los muebles, por lo demás todo fue perfecto y superó expectativas. No es barato, pero son los precios de Londres.

A pesar de ser un hotel de muy buena apariencia y muy acogedor, no tenían a nadie que hablara nada de español. Considero que siendo un hotel de cierta categoría deberían de contar con estas cosas. (Suerte que me manejo en el inglés)

Cercano al metro. Excelente atención. Habitaciones confortables. En la zona hay amplia oferta gastronómica. Accesible a la estación king cross al museo de madame tussauds y sherlock holmes museum.
