“Do not stay here. The hotel is under construction but they do not make that explicitly clear. We arrived today and 90% of the lobby is boarded up. Only a small cafe and lobby desks. All the amenities are closed including the rooftop.
The hotel is very poorly taken care of. On our floor the hallway was old and musty. There was carpet that was badly damaged in the hallway, there was no decorations or personal character and it smelt bad.
The rooms were worse sadly. Incredibly small bathroom, uncomfortable bed, and incredibly out of date for a “5 star” hotel. We requested to be refunded for our stay and the manager and front desk staff were accommodating but they pulled a fast one on us and had our reservation booked a day in advance since we had an early check in (we did not do this or consent to this) I didn’t want to fight so I paid the night for the 2 rooms even though we didn’t stay. They should have refunded us this amount though since there’s vacancy and we were treated in a dishonest fashion.
All in all, this a 2 star hotel/property. If it was priced properly with clear communication about the condition of the property, I’m sure it would be fine. However we’re here on a weeklong business trip and we’re looking for an actual 4-5 star hotel with the appropriate amenities. I would never recommend someone staying here”

“I was given a terrible room, at the end of the hallway. The bathroom was minimal, extremely small, and taking a bath was a hard task. Service was slow. Water in the room was in cans, not in bottles (so weird). Location is terrible as well.”
