Hotel novo, com instalações modernas e confortáveis. Quarto e banheiro espacosos e excelente para quem viaja com crianças pois conta com sofá cama, além de espaço kids no lobby. Staff muito atencioso. Transporte público bem próximo ao hotel. Recomendo!

The breakfast here is excellent for vegetarians and vegans. The hotel also offers points to your all Accor account, as an incentive for declining housekeeping for environmental efforts. The front desk staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down. Great breakfast, excellent rooms, there are some computers if you want to use them, very good service and it is in a very good position, as it is near the central square.

Although a beautiful clean hotel, the negatives pile up. I went to Munich on a business trip with my colleague. Both Greeks by the way. Our rooms were already prepaid by our company. However, although this was nowhere on their website, we were asked during check-in to pay 100 euros deposit of insurance each, upfront, in case we did any damages and this amount would be returned after a few days. Seriously now?In the reviews in here, I read a translated review from an Arab client who says he was asked the same, although in his case it was 300 euros (!!!).So, never again.Furthermore: I dropped my Bluetooth headphones at the bar and the next morning I asked the receptionist if they found anything. She said "no, sorry, we didn't". I replied "they are behind you in that box".She turned around, saw them and handed them over to me.If she would have cared, she would have looked. But she said "no" without doing a check first.The hotel is nice and the personnel, other than that, was alright. But I will never go there again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.PS: My colleague had Internet problems. He had to pay extra for fast internet - again, something that wasn't mentioned anywhere when we booked the rooms. Fortunately I have unlimited data and never cared for it. But when it is essential for your job, it is quite annoying that the hotel doesn't have what it takes.

A run of the mill Novotel, nicely appointed and conveniently located near Donnersberger Brücke - two stops from the central station, or a 20min walk. Room is good in size and comfort, clean, staff was friendly. Unfortunately only instant coffee in the room, but a decent selection of tea.

Bad experience I was in the city for a meeting and a booked a room the room was not clean and the bathroom is dirty from other people i had to clean it my self, I think this hotel doesn’t fit with the Novotel hotels chain, when i was speaking with the housekeeping women she was angry and she didn’t want to do the right thing for the cleaning, also the privacy in this hotel is zero, the housekeeping comes into my room without permission, today unfortunately i met the worse people since a long time, I don’t know when this people need to respect the people who visiting Munich city and Germany, for this experience it will be the last time i come to the city because I don’t find a better welcoming when I arrived, please for the administration if you read my word’s do something to change this habit in this hotel, I really regret of every cent I have spent in this place, also I’ll attach a photo for the shower head it’s old and dirty.

Loved my stay in this hotel, I absolutely cannot find any faults! All my Accor member benefits were honored, including lovely welcome drinks and free late check out. I was also upgraded to a superior room despite being just ALL Silver, which was a nice surprise!

A very lovely hotel located near the old town. Superb location, with tram line stop 16 and 17 located less than 5 minutes walking distance, perfect to reach the old town. The rooms are well equipped with all standard amenities, refrigerator,TV, couch, and all you need. The space in each room is abundant, enough to freely enjoy the stay. Lighting and ambience is also superb with an attentive light spot location. Finally the bathroom is superb with a spacious shower, semi detached toilet and detailed finiture that contribute to a relaxing atmosphere. Hotel staff is kind and welcoming, available and friendly. Overall recommended for its quality and location.

Buen hotel en Munich, el personal es atento y agradable y las instalciones son amplias y modernas. Tienen sauna y un area de gym pequeño, me pedi un room service para cenar de ensalada que estaba muy bueno.

El hotel merece la pena. Instalaciones nuevas y muy limpias. El personal, muy atento. E incluso habla español algunos de los recepcionistas. No escatiman en ayudar y proporcionar información. Incluso me respondieron en castellano a un email que le envié previo a nuestra visita. Para ir al centro precisa de tranvía. Pero no es obstáculo. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Perfecto. Ambientado para familias. Habitaciones espaciosas. Bar abierto. Personal muy amable. Justo en la frontera de entrada de vehículos contaminantes permitiendo no llevar badge y aparcar cerca para ir caminando.

Atención tanto en recepción como en los restaurantes muy buena y cordial. Nos gustó mucho el concepto del bar de tapas y cócteles. Recibimos cócteles a nuestra llegada mientras esperábamos que este lista la habitación. Acogedor el Lobby con computadores al servicio del pasajero e Internet.Los niños podían jugar tenis de mesa o juegos de video. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con café y té sin costo. A 15 minutos de la estación central caminando.
