“We spent a week at this beautiful resort- Paradisus Gran Cana. I do not have enough words to truly express how amazing our vacation was!
The rooms are updated and well kept! The grounds even after Hurricane Fiona passed through were maintained and lush
The pools were a cool escape from the Caribbean heat and cleaned daily by very hard working staff!
The beach is a short golf cart drive away and is staffed and clean. They clear the seaweed multiple times a day- this is the Atlantic side of the island so the water is not the crystal clear you expect from the Caribbean side. But you can still enjoy the ocean!
Restaurant service and the wait staff were fantastic!
Our concierge Raúl went above and beyond to help make our stay as relaxed and enjoyable! He was absolutely phenomenal! Catering to the adults and our son!

“We stayed from Oct 21-28. Everything was amazing. Cleanliness was impeccable, they tiddied the room 3+ times a day and all of the common areas were perfectly up-kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Specifically Raul the concierge, Marilin & Andre at the buffet, and Antonio & Jackson behind the bar all went above and beyond. They really made us feel like family. We will be back year and year again, with our families next time. The food was also 10/10. Restaurants were great and very easy to get reservations. Our favourite was Mina (the steakhouse). We went three times and could have gone more. The buffet had a huge selection and the food was always great and fresh. The traditional Dominican food was super tasty and flavourful.
