“The front desk guy Bryan made me wait for 2 good hours to send me toiletries. And when I called front desk, again Bryan guy attended and responded in a cocky manner. Everything is great except the front desk people. Worst experience at this 33 corporate woods dr. Rochester NY Marriott. I don't spend $200 to receive this kind of service or get treated this way. Too disappointing.”
