Excelente hotel, funcionários muito atenciosos ( alguns falam até português) e decoração linda do lobby, com arranjos de flores. Café da manhã divino, com muitos ótimos produtos da culinária francesa! Quando estive lá, no ano de 2016, em maio, o hotel estava fazendo 20 anos, fizeram uma mega festa, onde todos os hóspedes foram convidados!!! Inesquecível!!! O quarto que fiquei, dava vista para o jardim interno, bem bucólico, foi um bom quarto.

Wonderful memory for 100 days anniversary for my son. - The room is cold despite of super hot outside - Very kind and helpful staff !! - Super kind for baby and many things available for baby - safe and quiet in spite of Paris central I'm disappointed current Hilto service, but this hotel overcome my mind ! Fairly good location minutes away by foot from metro stations, Champs Elysees avenue or Galleries Lafayettes. Service was very great, everyone at the hotel is sincerely friendly and efficient. Diamond member perks were awesome. Got upgraded to Junior Suite, which was very comfortable and quiet. The occupancy was about 15-20% however at the time. Breakfast was served a la carte during the summer due to pandemic. Nevertheless it was very tasty even though the choices were limited compared to their regular delicious buffet. Breakfast is served either in the room or in the restaurant. Fitness room is unfortunately very tiny with only two machines. Will be very likely to consider again this hotel on another trip to Paris.

Adorei minha família ficar aqui. Ótima localização! Um hotel tão histórico. A antiga residência de Astor foi convertida em um lindo hotel clássico. Eu tinha a suíte do telhado e uma sala regular para minha família. Muito espaço para um quarto europeu. Eu amei o café da manhã comida simples, mas de boa qualidade. Definitivamente, recomendo ficar aqui. Eu vou novamente na próxima vez que estivermos aqui.

Loved my family stay here. Great location! Such a historical hotel. The former Astor residence converted to a beautiful classic hotel. I had the roof suite and a regular room for my family. Lots of space for a European room. I loved the breakfast simple but good quality food. I definitely recommend staying here. I will again next time we are here.

Wonderful hotel for a visit to Paris. Centrally located, quick walk to the Metro station. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant, concierge desk and front desk. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the host in the restaurant was very attentive and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is peaceful and quiet. Thank you for a great stay.

Es un hotel sencillo, cómodo, muy céntrico con personal amable, habitaciones comodas.El hotel lo reservé por medio de la aplicación y como soy nivel oro en Hilton me otorgaron un ascenso de habitación-de una cama doble a una king-.Galerías Lafayette, Place de la Concorde, restaurantes, Museo de Orsay se encuentran a 15-20 minutos caminando. Fue una estancia cómoda.

Hospedado aqui última julho 2019 - Bonitinha hotel, recentemente reformados, ok equipe, mas por algum motivo I não foi impressionado. Acredito que tenha algo a ver com a forma como a equipe se comunica e faz com que você se sinta bem-vindo, esse aspecto está faltando. Senti tudo é transacional.A localização é boa, perto de lojas e restaurantes locais.

Fiquei aqui este mês. Ficamos super felizes com a localização. Fácil de caminhar para as principais atracções e você está perto de muitas lojas e restaurantes. Não se sente muito turístico aqui também. A equipe do hotel foram muito atenciosa e amigável e os quartos foram perfeito. Muito confortável, silencioso e limpo e bem decorado. Tivemos o quarto com um terraço que é altamente recomendado.

Me alojé aquí este mes. Estuvimos super contentos con la ubicación. Fácil de caminar a las principales atracciones y está cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes. No se siente demasiado turístico aquí tampoco. El personal del hotel fue muy servicial y amable y las habitaciones eran perfectas. Muy cómodo, tranquilo y limpio y bien decorado. Teníamos la habitación con una terraza que es muy recomendable.

Among some quiet side-streets, the Astor provides fine Accomodations with decently quick access to business and tourist centers.The bar and restaurant are limited in size, but I keep the Astor at 5-stars overall based on the quality of the rooms and service.Astor is a part of the Hilton family - and while I have often found the prices equivalent to the Hilton Opera, the Astor offers a bit more in luxury.

Stayed here last July 2019 - cute hotel, newly renovated rooms,okay staff but for some reason I was not impressed. I believe it has something to do with the way staff communicates and make you feel welcome, that aspect is missing. Felt everything is transactional.Location is good, close to local shops and restaurants.

Stayed here this month. We were super happy with the location. Easy to walk to major attractions and you are close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Doesn't feel too touristy here either. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were perfect. Very comfortable, quiet and clean and nicely styled. We had the room with a terrace which is highly recommended.
