“The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of great history and a massive hotel lobby. The staff is excellent, very kind. Angelina, our house keeper did a fantastic job of cleaning the room and made me feel at home away from home. John, the front door receptionist was very considerate and welcoming. The restaurant serves delicious food and our servers were always quick and kind. Great host as well :) Looking forward to coming back!”

Customer service at the front desk unfortunately is non-existent. We had an issue regarding the night rate charged (different to what was verbally agreed upon when we booked), and they (manager Vanessa) told me I must have been wrong and they already charged it so couldn’t do anything for me.
I left my email and requested them to speak to the kind lady (Patricia) who had given us the rate. I would hear back soon.
It’s been 4 days and I still have not heard anything back.
UPDATE:
It has now been over a week and we still have not heard anything from the Westin. I just called them and spoke to Patricia myself, who was kind enough to immediately settle this with accounting (as she remembered the rate we had discussed).
Big compliments to Patricia for being the only one to apologise, help us out and actually solve the issue!!
The lack of responsiveness from the others ensures we will never come back. I advise others to do the same.”
