“I want to express my gratitude to Cesar Rico, who took action on the matter regarding the different inconveniences that we had for logistic reasons in our stay at the Hotel la Fontana. The collaboration and help with the inconveniences was very professional and in truth, even though I had said that I would not stay at the hotel again, this being my third time the change my perception.
