“Esta experiência tem sido medíocre. À chegada, a entrada exterior dá-lhe as boas-vindas com um caixote do lixo a transbordar. Meu primeiro quarto teve grandes danos causados pela água nas paredes, onde o mofo e a ferrugem eram visíveis e tentaram ser removidos sem sucesso. Além disso, o banheiro estava quebrado, junto com a mesa. A equipe foi cortês para fornecer outro quarto; no entanto, também teve os mesmos problemas. Como uma tempestade de inverno se aproximava, tínhamos poucas opções para sair. A tempestade chegou e nosso quarto não tinha aquecimento para manter o calor. Eu nunca tive essa experiência com a Hilton antes e é um desvio total da qualidade da marca. Renovações são necessárias.”

Doreen eu acredito que seja o nome dela, eu procuro por ela toda vez que fico. Ela faz a melhor bebida do patrono de abacaxi de todos os tempos !!! Ela também, garante que eu sou bom!
