“Esta foi a pior experiência que já tive. O primeiro problema é que o estabelecimento utilizou meu cartão de crédito quatro vezes e insistiu que meu cartão estava continuamente sendo recusado enquanto eu tinha que provar que tinha fundos disponíveis acessando minha conta bancária e falando com um caixa do banco.Esta foi uma viagem surpresa para minha mãe que está lutando contra um câncer ósseo. Eu a estava levando ao centro de Dallas para comemorar por ela se sentir melhor após o tratamento e fiquei humilhada ao ouvir que não tinha dinheiro para pagar meu quarto.Acho que vou ter que esperar mais 3-5 dias úteis para que a transação seja lançada no meu cartão de crédito enquanto eu paguei com um cartão de débito diferente.Sem falar que este estabelecimento não oferece serviço de arrumação, o que não nos foi explicado durante a reserva online ou no check-in. Eu estava perto de ficar preso no meio do centro de Dallas por 3 dias porque este lugar tinha um problema de comerciante ou um problema de processamento de pagamento.Sem falar que a área está cheia de construções e cheira horrivelmente no centro. Senhoras, sugiro usar spray de pimenta ou caminhar em grupos grandes para evitar problemas.Não vou ficar aqui nunca mais e com certeza vou mencionar essa experiência terrível para meus seguidores no YouTube e meu podcast.GASTE SEU DINHEIRO E TEMPO EM OUTRO LUGAR.”

“This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The first issue is that the establishment ran my credit card four times and insisted that my card was continuously being declined while I had to prove, that I had available funds by logging into my bank account and speaking with a bank teller.This was a surprise trip for my mother who is battling bone cancer, I was taking her to downtown Dallas to celebrate her feeling better after treatment and was instead humiliated by being told I didn’t have the money to pay for my room.I think have to wait an additional 3-5 business days for the transaction to post to my credit card while I paid on a different debit card.Not to mention this establishment does not offer housekeeping, which was not explained to us during our booking online or when we checked into the establishment. I was close to being stranded in the middle of downtown Dallas for 3 days because this place either had a merchant issue or, a payment processing issue.Not to mention the area is filled with construction and it smells horribly downtown. Ladies, I suggest having pepper spray or walking in large groups to avoid issues.I will not be staying here ever again and will be sure to mention this terrible experience to my followers on YouTube and my podcast.SPEND YOUR MONEY AND TIME ELSEWHERE.”
