“Large, clean, spacious rooms with handicapped bars in bathroom. We decided to stay an extra day, and the assistant manager, Ramya P., went out of her way to be cooperative and friendly when we were required to move (based on a previous booking of the room). Excellent breakfast!”

“Incredible customer service and follow up!!
My husband and son stayed at this Hampton Inn while driving from Chicago to CA. I booked the hotel for them and just received a call letting us know that we had forgotten an important electronic item.
When I checked with my husband (who was still driving... by now in New Mexico) he checked and found his iPad was not there. It had likely fallen out of his bag since he hadn't even used it in the hotel.
Absolutely stellar customer service from Chris (the manager) who tracked us down and plans to have it shipped to us. A HUGE thank you goes to Kenny from housekeeping who located it and provided it to management. A Happy New Year indeed!!”
