Highly recommend for groups, probably not the best place for a romantic getaway for two. Easy and plentiful parking for our rental car. First experience at an all inclusive resort and it has huge advantages, but I think I prefer the chaos and intermingling to be found at a small hotel in town--so many lovely shops and restaurants and so forth in town. But most people here at Iberostar never leave the resort. No need to ever leave heaven. But it isn't real, like Disneyland isn't real. If you are into that vibe, you'll love it here.”

Me gustaron mucho las clases de Yoga sunrise y Zumba impartidas por Perla. Una gran profesional y bella persona. Los restaurantes temáticos son malos, sin carta destacada ni nada adicional a los buffets. Podrían poner servicio de alquiler de bicis.

The food is gross. So many from the wedding party got sick from it (no we didn't drink the tap water).Our friends toilet didn't work for three days even after being reported.The father and mother of the brides room air conditioning didn't work the whole time.The management and staff will literally look you in the eye, not apologize for the inconveniences and do basically nothing to fix the issues.Will never ever go to this dump again.Oh by the way, we went out of our way to PAY for tequila and put it in our freezer...it's so watered down it literally froze.Read these reviews carefully and see who they're coming from. Also look at the resort's responses to any negative reviews.Zero accountability. Just go somewhere that's worth it.

Just wrapped up a 6-day stay. From a covid perspective felt really safe on the trip as most of the resort is open air. They also had fantastic shows as well. If you've been on cruises it has a very similar vibe with activities and all you can eat food and drinks.Staff was also great like Luis in the concierge. Waiters and bartenders constantly tried to take care of as well.Would strongly recommend

Exelente lugar, llamativo con selva propia, muchos árboles de variadas especies, sendas para recorrer todo el lugar hasta puentes colgantes muchas cascadas que hacen muy atractivo el lugar. Animalitos caminando libremente como iguanas, coatis, pavos reales, flamencos, monos, loros, 2 tortugas una de 45 años y la otra de 18 años, en la playa muchas gaviotas y pelícanos cuando pescan se quedan flotando muy cerca de la gente. Las playas amplias aguas turquesas. Las habitaciones cómodas dan a la selva, los restorán muy lindos y temáticos gran variedad en las comidas y bebidas. Todo muy completo las piscinas amplias con bar incluído. Teatro todos los días distintos espectáculos. El personal muy atento. Cómo en todos los Iberostar la limpieza es impecable.

I had a wonderful stay at Iberostar, Queztal greatly in part to the gracious hospitality of our host, Frank. Also, walking onto the beach every morning greeted by the various birds, coatis, monkeys and various birds is quite the meditative escape. I highly recommend Iberostar.

Ibero Tucan ja tem um lugar separado no coração...é um hotel lindo, com uma natureza incrível. Os Buffets tem uma variedade enorme de comidas e as sobremesas são uma melhor que a outra. Todos que trabalham aqui são receptivos e atenciosos. O hotel é muito lindo, limpo e organizado. Voltaríamos e indicamos de olhos fechados !!!!

Beautiful resort, the wildlife was amazing. The food at the buffet was great and the staff were all very friendly. My only complaint was that it was impossible to get dinner reservations at any of their restaurants. As soon as we checked in, we tried to make reservations and everything was booked already. We were able to go the Japanese restaurant only because we showed up and asked if they had any cancellations. We waited outside until they eventually said they did. Without reservations, you're just eating at the buffet every day. Wish I knew that before booking. Part of the joy of an all inclusive is going to a restaurant every night, not the self service buffet.

We signed up for VIP services we had an understanding of how payments would be made/charges would be done. The minute we walked out of their office, they charged my card $2000. They completely tricked us rod and Regina where the team that did this. Beautiful hotel just stay away from the VIP services and Rodrigo and Regina. I am contesting all of these charges at this time. They completely swindled us

It was a pleasant experience with all the food and drinks for free! Ibero has excellent evening singing and dance show. The beach is not so good. We were not alerted to time share issue and spending one whole day for that. The property contains extensive nature trails with different animals and birds to see. The pools are good and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Martini was very helpful and guided us to the surrounding community and facilities inside the resort and made our stay comfortable and memorable one!

Resort is a little dated. When they say mini bar in room that means mini fridge with cool not cold drinks same goes for ac that is an old hydronic system that does not keep your room cold cool at best. Food was same thing breakfast lunch and dinner so after two days got old quickly. The feel was more secluded which was nice but then there were lots of mosquitoes. Also my last day they took away the soft serve ice cream which was the best part of the resort.

We have a fantastic time at the hotel. Food is delicious and varied. Service at the highest level, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Fernanda and Yomi from the entertainment team for great and funny atmosphere and of course constant smile on their faces and the wonderful waiter Ramon who looked after us so well during the meals. I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. The staff tries very hard to make everyone feel as well cared for as possible, the rooms are spacious and clean. The whole is complemented by amazing agouti animals, flamingos, coats, howlers, iguanas, peacocks, turtles and very well-kept vegetation that make it nice to stroll around the hotel.
