Don't expect any special experience. Very transactional / matter of the fact kind of language.. even at the front desk! I asked if they can upgrade me.. at least give me higher floor.. the only answer was .. "but you have booked this room". Housekeeping staff took their own time (more than 30 min) to help me with the mini bar.. only when I asked for the manager did I get someone at the door. Le Meridien staff asked me if I need a crib for the baby when I didn't even ask for it.. but here they didn't even mention it even when I had marked it required in the booking confirmation. It seemed like more like a motel kind of service. Bath tub was leaking, coffee machine shakes like it has an inbuilt earthquake, enough to shake the cup off the machine..! Giving 1 Star for the clean room.

Stayed for a week in the hotel with family & the experience was outstanding. Staff was really helpful & food was mind blowing. Location is quite convenient & cabs can be arranged quickly. Well connected to metro if you want to explore using public transport. If you are Gold lover then Gold Sukh is around 1 km from this place. Recommend to anyone visiting Dubai for first time.

Hotel is good. Food is nice Staff is very cooperative and ready to answer your questions any time. However you have to be patient enough to get a response from guest service line.

We booked an apartment for 6 nights the night before. When we arrived on time , we had to wait one and half hour to check in even though it wasn't that busy. Once we got to our apartment, the apartment was missing a lot of essential things. We had to call the reception for every single item. When i asked the reception why there are things missing, the receptionist said, that they forgot to put the essential stuff in the room. Me calling for the water, tissues, etc.. continued till i left. I would leave this hotel but they had no refund policy. so once you pay, you can't get your money. Hyatt Regency is a famous hotel and them NOT HAVING FREE WIFI WAS RIDICULOUS!!!!

Last time found nice outdoor area on a level 2. Indoor GYM and outdoor "running track", some equipment for workout, pool, cafeteria. Just remind for the Ice-rink with an amazing and experienced trainer Vladimir (English, Russian), shopping options and the Hotel itself:) Close to the sea (fresh air). Beach is a subject to check as it's in a port area

The hotel is rip-off after rip-off, it's poorly located, complete waste of time and money. The pool is in an area which doesn't get sunlight most of the day. You will probably regret your stay...
