“Let me begin by saying, the actual hotel and their front desk staff are absolutely wonderful. From the lobby to our room, the Grand Bohemian was absolutely stunning.
What pains me more than anything is their hotel valet... if I could give 0 stars for their valet I would. If I could walk to this hotel and not deal with their valet it would be best case scenario. When we arrived, we waited a solid 7 minutes before someone came to get the keys. We unloaded our vehicle ourselves and had to go to the desk to get someone’s attention. Getting your vehicle is a joke. You would be faster getting it yourself. We called ahead to have them bring it down only to find out no one wrote down our vehicle number. Wonderful. On the day of our check out, we came down and physically handed our ticket to the valet to only then wait 20 minutes for someone to misplace our keys. I’ve never in my life witnessed such a terrible valet service for such a high end hotel establishment. It’s a shame and needs to get corrected ASAP. I will not stay here again because it was THAT much of an inconvenience and gave me such sheer frustration.”
