This place is ok for a quick place to rest your head but not at all Hilton quality. More Super 8 or low budget motel at best. Mold on shower head in our room, pool was ice cold due to broken heater, hot tub was bath water hot at best and MILKY. Black and grimy edges. Very disappointed. Will pay a few bucks more next time and stay elsewhere.

A nice and clean place. It's too bad that I had to give a poor rating because the beds were really uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good as well. If you aren't picky with the bed, everything else was good and worth the stay for a night or two.

Hampton breakfasts are topnotch, although this trip I wasn't able to take advantage either morning. Gail, who checked me in late Friday evening, and the 3 young men who worked Saturday.... all went out of their way to assist me (mobility issues. ) Terrific representatives for the company. The young woman who handled Sunday checkout apparently never learned to respect a customer's feedback. Feedback is what brings customers back or helps management to improve issues. Gail and the head Manager made sure I would have a handicapped room, knowing how late I would be coming Friday. The Friday day clerk gave that assigned room away. Sunday clerk practically called me liar and argued about it. If I like this motel and it's super great location. The main complaint is that I've never stayed at a Hampton that had no USB ports anywhere in the room, especially bedside. If you don't bring converters to plug into sockets, you're out of luck in most rooms. I brought a surge protector, but had to use a walk plug because the few lamp sockets were positioned downward to make the cord useless. A family with phones, battery chargers, and/or laptops are SOL, unless they bring a slew of converter cubes.

Older building could use a remodel. The breakfast was good the maple sausage links with the eggs were brilliant. Also a nice big area to sit down for breakfast and the big kicker was it was open til 10am!!

Never got to stay here but when I went in to inquired about the conference room and to book a few rooms for my child's birthday party over the weekend. I was SHOWN and TOLD the conference room was available and filled out the form which was stated if I did so it would be blocked out, I was so interested in moving forward with booking it I had sent out invites to family and friends. When I called them Monday was told someone would call me back NEVER heard from anyone, Called Tuesday Left message and called and was told they would forward my information and that they will let someone know I've been reaching out about booking, Called today and finally was able to speak to the GM just for him to tell me. It was booked but not on the Calendar. No apology for wasting my time and not getting back to me nothing just that someone had already booked it and I could book the next day. IF I WAS LOOKING TO BOOK ON A SUNDAY I WOULD'VE INQUIRED ABOUT THAT DAY! SUCH A COMPLETE INCONVIENCE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Like your company could've called me Monday and made me aware that you was booked that's one thing or if it was in your book It would've saved me time and I could've looked elsewhere. The aesthetic of this location is cute but the communication and customer service needs work. Some of the the employees was nice upon approach but as a whole it needs work. Will not be booking any ROOMS or FAMILY EVENTS HERE!!

It's the People that make a place memorable. Came in for a work event with a few people on a Friday night . The front desk women was fantastic. The room didn't have sheets or a pillow and she fixed our issue right away . Pool was nice but the hot tub needs help . I give a 5 star for the outstanding costumer service I go to alot of hotels and I'll be back to see Gail anytime I'm in Lansing for work . thanks for a great stay 💞

Meu Deus, este é provavelmente o melhor Hampton em que eu já estive. Tanto os quartos normais quanto as suítes eram lindos. A equipe foi fantástica, e o café da manhã foi incrível!

My goodness, this is probably the best Hampton in i have ever been in. Both the normal rooms and the suites were gorgeous. The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing!

Service was decent, location was all right, wasn't too impressed with the room, especially since it was a king. Sweet. Pool was decent. Hot tub was nice. Nice little workout area. The breakfast was definitely good for being a hotel. Kind of expected more being a branch of Hilton though. Maybe I was expecting too much

Quando desci para entregar as toalhas de banho e pegar mais, fui educado e recebi uma reação rude. Acho que a mulher estava fazendo um trabalho escolar e quando perguntei, ela revirou os olhos e não disse nada antes de se levantar e pegar algumas chaves. Ela veio de trás da mesa sem dizer nada e virou o canto da mesa antes de dizer “siga-me”. Entrei na lavanderia com ela e coloquei minhas toalhas no cesto de roupas sujas antes que ela pegasse algumas outras e as entregasse para mim antes de eu dizer obrigado e nos separarmos silenciosamente.

I booked a studio which accommodated 5 people through priceline. Upon check in I was told priceline allowed me to book a room that was not available. They were trying to be nice by throwing in a free room that only slept 3 people. The gesture was nice but it did not allow my family to stay in 1 room together. I was given a room key and when I entered the room it was occupied by other guest. Finally after getting everything worked out and checked in I found both rooms to be very dirty. Chips under the pull out bed, spill of some sort in the desk drawers. Coins on the floor. Just VERY DIRTY. The pool area had not towels. One of the rooms there was not sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. When asked I was given sheets but was told no blankets were available.Breakfast was very poor. There was not a hotel staff refilling food items. Several items were out..no creamcheese, no yogurt. Fruit was very old. I was very unhappy with the whole situation. I feel this hotel needs to step up their game!

( I’ll start with the good and then go into the bar) The breakfast was okay. They had a pretty good selection to choose from. The woman chef who works there was very friendly and had a bubbly energy. I loved interacting with her. I stayed here for three nights while on a work trip. I wish I could leave a better review. When I arrived, I had some things to put in the fridge but had to clean it out first since there was quite a bit of opened food in it. I went to put my clothes away and it was crumbs as well as hair in the drawers that I had to clean out since I was told housekeeping wouldn’t be available. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned off so there was soap stains around the faucet and sink. I have attached some photos of other areas in the room that they don’t think will be checked by the people staying in them, so they don’t clean it. You’d think it would be better during Covid but I was disappointed. I checked out the pool and hot tub later and felt like I just got out of dirty bath water when I was done. I smelled disgusting because of what was washed into that water. I asked the front desk how often they change the way and I was told every six months. I can see why that salt water stunk so badly. I went downstairs at about 1 a.m after traffic died down, to turn in my towels because I was told to use my bath towel for the pool due to backed up laundry. When I went down to turn in the bath towels and get more, I was polite and was met with a rude reaction. I think the woman was doing some school work and when I asked, she rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything before getting up and grabbing some keys. She came from behind the desk while still saying nothing and turned around the corner of the desk before saying, “follow me”. I went in the laundry room with her and put my towels in the dirty clothes hamper before she picked some other ones out and gave them to me before I said thank you and we silently parted ways.

Terrible experience. Room was disgusting…. Appeared to have been a party room that was cleaned very poorly. There were so many things wrong with this room i don’t want to spend a half hour detailing. It’s a very cheaply made hotel so paper thin walls, floors and ceilings. Anyone walking on your floor vibrates everything in your room, anyone walking on the floor above you thumps and creates a deep resonance with each step…all day and night. Don’t plan to sleep well or feel rested. The king mattress was clearly old as one half was visibly lower than the other and even worse to lay in. Couldn’t address it with the staff because they don’t appear to stay at the front desk often. Twice i went to speak with them and waited at least 10 minutes each time but no one showed up despite ringing their bell. I honestly can’t believe this is a Hilton Brand hotel

1st off, I would like to say that I have high standards when it comes to where I pay to lay my head. I look at every picture, review and website before I decide. However, I was in a hurry when booking here so I came in without any knowledge of the place other than it had the pool and hot tub we were looking for... Anyways, I must say that I am so glad I didn't read the reviews before booking bc I would have been mislead and missed out on a EXCELLENT HOTEL & GREAT STAY! The rooms are nice & clean. The king bed was comfy! My son stayed on the sofa bed and he had no complaints.We also got to enjoy the complimentary breakfast! And that was amazing! There was lots to choose from! An actual hot breakfast! (Since covid, a lot of places I stayed at previously, only offered muffins or pastries.)Overall, I am so happy with our stay and DEFINITELY plan to stay here EVERY TIME! Pools nice,rooms great, staff are friendly and just an overall great experience. THANK YOU HAMPTON INN & STAFF FOR THE AWESOME STAY!

This hotel is very nice. It is exceptionally clean, and the complimentary breakfast is also very nice. Lots of options. It is a quiet location. I was traveling this time by myself and felt very secure at this hotel. I will definitely stay there again. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room in the bathroom.
