“Very happy with our stay at Cabana Bay. Our family of 6 was comfortable in our room; although, we weren’t there often. We walked to the parks twice daily and were happy with the mile trek. Food is decent and there is a nice selection overall. Pools are packed but fairly well monitored. Nice public areas. All exchanges with the front desk are through text and they are quick to respond. If we return to Universal, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Cabana Bay. No Express passes, so that may encourage us to consider their other hotels.”

“From booking to check in to check out and every interaction in between the customer service was amazing. The resort was clean, beautiful and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to park our car and use the transportation to City Walk. The wait time for the bus was reasonable in both directions. We spent one entire day at the pool which was beautiful and fun. A few people in our party ordered food from the poolside cafe and thought it was delicious, especially the fish tacos. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on price, value, customer service and experience.”
