“I was extremely impressed with every single staff person at this hotel. Everyone was very kins, professional and accommodating. The property was beautiful and clean and it was awesome to have a private beach area. I have to give special kudos to Darlinn Julianne. I arrived at the hotel extremely tired and she was so friendly, fast and efficient. She quickly set me up on two possible tours after I told her what I wanted.”

“Our room was excellent. The lobby and view on the resort and the sea are superb. However the overall surroundings need maintenance and care. Service was really so so, with many service persons not being caring nor smiling. We had half-inclusive (breakfast and dinner): limited to buffet in a single of their restaurants, with low to medium quality food, always the same three snacks (hot dog, burger, chips). There were no musicians, shows, whatever. The beach was small, and unluckily jellyfish and stingrays one day and dark water the other day. So most were near the pools, but with chairs having no cushions, so very uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience that we did not expect in a Westin resort.”
