“Beautiful, charming, elegant efficiency. Luxurious rooms and first rate service. You feel appreciated and this hotel has the true 5 star British and French unique ability to make service happen without being obtrusive and the details taken care of which, if done badly create a gaudy and clumsy service. This hotel does it with finesse.

“Luxor Historic Winter Palace 5 star Hotel built 1886 Spent peaceful days at this historic hotel and enjoyed delicious food in its Resturant’s the International and the French. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Probably staff in all areas. Speedy checkin and check out. The hotel accounting system needs review. To enjoy my Accor loyalty discounts I have had to pay for each meal separately, and on checking out I discovered mistakes in double charging. It was corrected immediately. I hope that the accounting staff follow the same accounting procedures used in Novotel, Sofitel and Movenpick hotels to reduce the need of multiple payments.”
