“The service at the restaurant in the Novotel Airport is excellent! The staff is attentive and very personable. Yunik was especially gracious, warm and genuine. She made me feel so welcome here! The food is very very good and I have had three different dinners from their menu. Each one was delicious! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!”

“Decidimos quedarnos en este hotel porque el vuelo llegaba tarde y era largo. Llegas a la habitación en 3 minutos andando desde el control de inmigración. Las habitaciones están muy bien, la cama muy cómoda y todo absolutamente insonorizado, algo que me preocupaba un poco al estar en el aeropuerto. El desayuno buffet muy completo con platos occidentales, asiáticos y comida típica balinesa. Si vuelvo a ir a Bali y a llegar en un vuelo tarde sin duda repetiré.”
