“The hotel and the staff were amazing. Big thanks to the cleaning crew because of COVID-19 the care is great. The only downside, I am aware of the whole COVID-19, but when you go to the pool only 10 guests were allowed and if you wanted to go you would have to wait or either miss your turn at the pool. I wish breakfast was offered because not many guests were there and it could've been boring with a couple of people at a time. Since I did not have breakfast at the hotel, the restaurants near the hotel were very good. There was a group of teenagers staying next door and all they did was scream all night and drink and smoke. Since your next door, you do hear and smell everything. Apparently the whole floor complained about this group but they were still loud the next day. I also wish the gym was open and after every use, the staff could come to sanitize it for the next person because there is not a lot to do in this hotel.”

“When we got there I was very impressed by the main lobby. Very nice. As soon we headed to the elevator you can't help but notice the dirty carpet!!! The room was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. At the check in we were told management was walking about the building to make sure visitors were following the rules. I didn't see anyone! We were also told limit to the pool 10 people. It was a relieve to me and my family thinking it as a good way to minimize the spread of COVID. Before we used the pool we always checked and there were a couple of times we had to tell our young children we couldn't go in because we were going to be over the number of people allowed there. They were sad but understood. The last night we were there we wanted to enjoy the warm salty pool water. I got there 1st with my 4 year old and within an hour there were 16 people in that place!!!!!!!!!! Not children but young adults who know how to read. I left shortly after... A disappointment there was no "management" around to check for compliances...”
