Excelente localização, próximo a duas estações de metrô e delis. Na própria rua do hotel há diversos bares bem animados e mesmo assim você não escuta barulho no seu quarto, a isolação de som é excelente. O quarto é pequeno, mas no padrão da maioria dos hotéis de NYC, porém o conforto da cama vale a pena. Tem frigobar e cafeteira que ajudam por não oferecer café incluído na diária, mas com várias delis e cafeterias por perto, isso não faz nenhuma diferença.

Tudo perfeito, exceto o tamanho do quarto, um pouco apertado para uma família de quatro pessoas. O banheiro é ótimo, com box de vidro (sem aquela cortina desagradável e sem banheira). Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. A localização é ideal.

Recepcionistas desatentos demais, tive problemas no pagamento da minha fatura e na entrega de uma encomenda por falta de atenção dos funcionários, vou relatar os dois casos abaixo. 1- Fiz a reserva para pagar no hotel e qnd fiz o check-in a recepcionista me cobrou 400 dolares a menos do q estava esperando pagar, perguntei se ela tinha certeza disso pq a diferença estava muito grande, ela disse que estava realmente tudo certo, essa diferença realmente poderia aparecer qnd faz reserva pelo booking. Qnd fui fazer o check-out, ela me cobrou os 400 dolares e disse q tinha sido um erro dela q havia me cobrado 3 noites a menos. Ja q nao era uma cobrança indevida, pq de fato usei o hotel todos os dias, paguei, mas acabou sendo um gasto que virou extra por causa do erro da funcionaria. Me programei todo para voltar da viagem sem dívidas e em função disso retornei com uma conta considerável no cartão (o dolar disparou nesses dias por causa da prisão do lula) e essa diferença que havia "sobrado" gastei na viagem. 2- Outro problema foi uma encomenda que estava esperando e sempre que perguntava falavam na recepção q nao havia nada. Qnd fui fazer o check-out e ainda nao havia recebido, fui conferir no site da postagem e dizia q tinha sido entregue no endereço correto há 3 dias. Tive que mostrar na recepção isso para eles procurarem melhor e me entregarem.Localização ótima, atendimento muito bom, quartos confortável e espaçoso (para o padrão NY). Li diversos comentários sobre a demora dos elevadores e realmente não tive problema algum neste quesito, sempre chegava rápido, tanto para subir quanto para descer.

Hotel com quartos muito bons. Cama confortável, boa arrumação e bem localizado - na 54 com a 7 avenida bem próximo do Times Square. A ressalva fica para a quantidade de elevadores (apenas 3) para servir 34 andares.

Bom atendimento e ótima localização, mas o quarto é pequeno para 3 ou 4 pessoas. A circulação é restrita e o armário muito pequeno, mesmo para duas pessoas.

Hotel razoavel. Pontos positivos: boa localizacao, meio caminho, entre Central Park e Times Square. Bom kit de amenities. Bom serviço de limpeza. Agua e cafe na recepção. Ponto a melhorar: atendimento na porta de chegada. Alem disso, o quarto é pequeno, mas isso acho que é normal bem Nova Iorque.

Muita demora para pegar os elevadores. Quase sempre lotados. A cortina do box do banheiro não vai até o chão, o que faz escorrer água do banho, molhando metade do banheiro. Mas a localização é muito boa.

Lovely staff but believe the reviews about the elevators. Waits of 15 minutes are not uncommon. Impossible to socially distance in elevators, after waiting for so long, everyone just shoves in. Requires advanced planning so you are not late for dinner or show reservations! Other than the elevators, room was fine. Location is great.

Muy bien ubicado el hotel. Lo único es que por pandemia no hacen el aseo de la habitación. Y los elevadores en días concurridos tardan mucho. Tienes suerte si estás en los primeros pisos. La habitación es excelente con espacios decentes y sobretodo limpio con unas almohadas deliciosas. En realidad solo usas el hotel para dormir y bañarte. Incluye un mini fridge y un micro ondas

Terrible hotel noisy, crowded, with exception of one employee, they lie.I asked for a quiet room away from elevator and was put by assist general manager who checked me in into a room between the two elevators telling me it was very quiet. Next room was away from elevator and asked it connecting and told no. but it was connecting and could hear all their noises.When heat goes on sounds like a jet engine. They don’t recognize Gold status. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Only if you pay will they upgrade even when they do have space available upgrades. Almost Every item in room from the sink faucet to lights by bed were loose and rattled when touched. I will never again stay at this hotel and you shouldn’t either

Hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly and excellent breakfast. Was disappointed to be told that our room would not be cleaned during our stay (4 nights) , had to ask for fresh towels every day as our room was very small and did not have anywhere to hang towels to dry. Had to request our duvet to be changed as there was some mould markings on it. I asked the receptionist early in the morning if this could be done while we were out on a day trip (8hrs) and when we returned we had to ask again, feeling like we were putting them out. Overall I liked the hotel and would consider stating here again.

Great location and sizable room for NYC. Desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. My room was on the 28th floor, so minimal street noise. It was an accessible room, which may not be comparable to other standard rooms.There were two drains in the bathroom, and there was a very strong mildew smell in the entire room from it. The restaurant downstairs was nice, but I don't recommend the breakfast. Way better options in the area that are very affordable.

Generally, I liked the hotel very much. The hotel itself is very close to major attractions. It’s being in between Time square and The Central Park, being just a couple minutes away from any restaurant was a blessing. The only thing k that I didn’t like and still do not understand the Housekeeping service being provided only after some certain days later. I stayed three nights at the hotel and had to end up reusing the same towels over and over. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience at Hilton Garden Inn hotel on 54th street.

Disappointed! I was visiting NYC in January and stayed in this hotel. It was freezing outside and you know what? It was also very cold in the hotel room. AC was so noisy I cold today sleep at night but still it wasn’t working properly to warm the room. When reported the issue they send a “technician” to fix it. When we told him about the issue he offered us to use earplugs to sleep better. Anyway, after many sleepless night on the day of the checkout cleaning lady started knocking on the door before 9am (checkout was at 12) and she asked me if I was leaving and when. When I told her I was leaving around 12 she was very surprised. After that she came 3 more times and at 11:55 she even send a “manager” to ask me to leave….

Pésimo trato, y al llegar estaba canselada la reseevacion ya pagada hace un mes, y no resolvieron nada, 2horas en recepción, despotismo y tuve que cambiar de hotel.Ahi mismo dijeron que no eran buen hotel! Que chasco!!!

Very poor experience. The only positive thing that I can say is that the room wasn’t horrible for New York and the location is good. The service at the front desk was mediocre. If you don’t like walking up 18 flights of stairs like us and you’re planning on staying here do better than us and request a room on a low floor. The elevator took forever to come and their was always a line. Due to that we walked up 18 flights of stairs multiple times to just get to our room. I was shocked that this is a Hilton I would not recommend and I won’t be coming back!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero el servicio es pésimo. No había toallas de baño a nuestra llegada y no atienden el teléfono de servicio al huésped. Hay que bajar a recepción cada vez que falta algo, como crema corporal, jabón,té.Debido al Covid "limpian" la habitación después de 5 noches de hospedaje y cuando finalmente y bajo solicitud lo hacen, no limpian bien ni cambian sábanas.Fue muy decepcionante.El personal en recepción poco atento, muy poco profesional y de aspecto poco aseado. Muy novatos y nadie se hace responsable.El hotel se está ahorrando un dineral en personal de limpieza, camaristas. Tienes que sacar tu basura diario y los pasillos del hotel dan un aspecto desagradable.No parece un Hilton. Pésimo servicio para el precio que uno paga!!!😡😤

Muy mala experiencia, me quede ahí por que fui a correr el maratón de NYC y parecía una buena opción por estar cercano a Central Park. Los elevadores no funcionaban, mucho ruido en la habitacion, no lo recomiendo

Este hotel no tiene servicio de Housekeeping en la habitaciones, a pesar de pagar una tarifa de USD300 por noche, nada de barato. Yo estuve 6 noches y no limpiaron la habitación ni un solo día.

La experiencia en el hotel pésima!! El primer día la habitación con el aíra acondicionado malo, nos tocó solicitar cambio de habitación. Luego de los 3 elevadores del hotel dos estuvieron malos 2 días🤬🤬 las filas para subir a las habitaciones y bajar eran con tiempos de espera de más 20 minutos. Era mejor subir y bajar por las escaleras. El personal del front desk poco o nada servicial y el Manager brilló por su ausencia pese a las quejas de muchos huéspedes. La verdad NO recomiendo este hotel y es la primera vez que me va tal mal en esta cadena!!!!

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pero todo lo demás no … estuvimos 7 noches y la primera habitación en la que nos pusieron el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Mandaron 3 técnicos arreglarlo en 3 diferente días y ninguno pudo… mientras tanto nosotros durmiendo con mucho calor, luego nos cambiaron de habitación. En la habitación en la que estaba me olvide una remera la cual nunca se encontró en “objetos perdidos”. La gente de recepción no es muy amable. No hay servicio de limpieza debido al covid .

After spending a Hot day out in NYC on a hot and humid day, I return to take a shower and realize there are zero washcloths for our 2 night stay! We called down and originally got an apology and we’re assured they’d be on the way. After sitting in the bathroom waiting 20 minutes for them, I called the front desk for a manager. The manager Robert at 11:30 am 8/17/21, snaps at me and flat out lies claiming the washcloths are “Discontinued” and “no longer a Hilton Standard”! After getting snappy I immediately called Hilton directly and they confirmed what I already knew, he was lying! This manager gave me a totally made up reason for the hotels shortcomings. Hilton please do better, the rooms are tiny and elevators slow moving, carpets dingy... at least have washcloths, goodness! Update: Somebody ended up Bringing us wash cloths that were covered in brown stains(the audacity)! On our way out we see a cart in the hallway with hundreds of brand new washcloths! Were the washcloths only standard for certain customers?! Confronted Robert with the dirty washcloths and let him know I saw the cart full of brand new ones. Story changed all of a sudden he claimed they just got delivered. Which one is it washcloths are not a Hilton standard or they just were out of stock? Stop lying to customers, do better and take accountability for shortcomings. Robert needs to be replaced as a manager as he was very snotty and condescending as if we were asking for too much and as if he did not care!

The hotel is really nice and close to everything you want. Good pricing. What made it an excellent stay is Danielle. She so sweet, attentive and helpful. You should promote her! The only reason why I will choose this hotel again over another.

Was charged 3 dollars for waters. Small bottles and the elevator was a bit slow and sometimes crowded. The food delivery can not drop food off to your room door so if it is late you must go to the front desk. It was clean with a beautiful view. And love the restaurant in the hotel Empire Steakhouse Amazing food and service! These are views from our room. And the crab cakes were the best. And I enjoyed that the location it's right in the middle of Manhattan!

After reading the reviews we had our doubts, but it was a wonderful stay. We were there for the Colbert show, so the location was ideal with a minute walk to the theatre. Best thing was they let us keep the bags before checkin time. Bags were tagged and safely stored in a separate room. Our stay was only for one night. Rooms were clean. Enough size for two people to move around comfortably. Had microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge.

We couldn’t find a room in the city at 2:30am and Pierre hooked us up and really took great care of us - amazing customer service ! Late checkout and housekeeping accommodating - central location...

This Hilton is perfectly located in west midtown NYC. I’ve stayed at this location while on business for over three months. After experiencing several other locations, I couldn’t imagine staying...

Cleaning every 4 days is unacceptable Don't blame COVID for bad service. No complementary water available. Didn't get the $20 credit per day for food or restaurant. Overall is the worst Hilton...
