“Sitio bonito. Comida excelente, pero el servicio no es muy atento y no conoce ni su propio producto. Están más acostumbrados a servir mojitos que comidas. Una pena porque por poco que se pusieran las pilas mejoraría mucho.”

“Good location and clean. However....
I’ve stayed at this property 2-3 times and this is the first time i write a review which means what I am saying happened during all my stays there.
Staff won't do anything extra for you. Even if it has to do with your comfort. I felt that they will milk you and try to get every € out of you even if you are a diamond member.
Example, raining so hard during my last stay so I asked for an umbrella, front desk wanted a credit card hold so I can use it just incase I lose it. And many more examples....
Just be aware! Its a good location and clean but go there to sleep and don’t ask for anything at all, especially favors”
