“This hotel is located in one of the best spots in west Berlin, very near central places and the Zoo Bahnhof but also on a quiet square without traffic and noise. The room they gave us was spacious and comfortable, clean and nicely equipped with coffee and tea maker. The staff is kind and supportive. Overall a great experience!”

“My boyfriend got blisters on his upper body because of the shower. “If a lot of people shower at the same time and they stop showering, it happens the other people who are still using hot water get boiling hot water.” This is what the maintenance guy told us afterwards. If you bring small children to this hotel, there is a chance they will get burned in their faces. The response from the reception was for a hotel in this price range was below average.
