“Great location and super great service. During our stay the heater went out for 2 nights and there was a fire alarm triggered on the 3rd night of our stay but the staff always made sure to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Would return for sure!”

“We have stayed here many times and have always loved visiting. This time we stayed to celebrate our anniversary and were hoping for the same type of experience. We stayed in a room that had an indoor balcony and there were people in the atrium area most of the night, they were very loud and noisy. We turned on two noise machines to drown out the noise. This didn't help. When checking out the receptionist asked about our stay and we mentioned the noise, they didn't even acknowledge what we said. This was a terrible experience.”
