When we arrived, they gave us an unclean room. After we switch to another room, the AC was leaking. They came to fix it but also made our sheet get dirty.
I made a reservation on AGODA and paid it all, but they charged me again. After we told them the mistake on the first day we check-in, they made us wait and refund us till two weeks after we check-out.
The manager Brandon Gray need to responsible for the whole thing, but he is not a responsible person. His attitude is really bad. He knew the situation we had from the first day we stayed, but he did nothing till we leave. When we tried to find him to solve the problem, his colleagues always said he is taking his day off.
If you want to have a wonderful vacation, don't go to this hotel. I really disappointed with their service.

“Biggest drawback is they always run out of breakfast items including condiments, etc. Beds are usually comfy. Definitely need to fix things in the rooms (bathrooms).If you use your cell phone (digital key), the actual card keys will not open your room door. You can enter the hotel (side door) with the card keys but after that you better have your cell phone handy to unlock your room door.Someone is seriously SLACKING when it comes to ordering breakfast supplies.”
