“The room was spacious and tidy. But the breakfast was not good enough. They closed the restaurant's self service just at 10 am. I arrived at 9.30 am and the supply in the breakfast was reduced by the time.I requested for eggs but they said, sorry finished. It looked like any one came after 9.30 (may even earlier) for breakfast would be eating the left over by the early arrivers . The restaurant was open until 10 am for breakfast and they should keep the same standards throughoutthis time, I should have been treated equally. Also no complimentary water bottle was given in the room.I booked two rooms. No clear guidance was given about the car park payments system before booking. O quarto era espaçoso e arrumado. O restaurante estava aberto até as 10h para o café da manhã e eles deveriam manter os mesmos padrões durante todo esse tempo, eu deveria ter sido tratado igualmente. Também nenhuma garrafa de água de cortesia foi dada no quarto. Reservei dois quartos. Nenhuma orientação clara foi dada sobre o sistema de pagamentos do estacionamento antes da reserva.”
