“The hotel was nice, all of the staff were very friendly, kind, and patient. It would be much better if the breakfast was complimentary, especially for the price you're already paying for the hotel. I ended up spending $47 for our breakfast for just cereal, fruit, French toast and frappes the first morning. . .of course it was $23 at McDonald's every morning after that lol!!! But the pool is wonderful!!! I love the little bench behind the waterfall!!! Castaways is nicely priced and the food is good to enjoy by the pool also. The pool hours are good from 9am to 11pm. Overall, out of just 3 hotels I've visited in Galveston, I've enjoyed this one the best so far!!! I forgot to take pictures of the room, but they do have a fridge and microwave which is good too and the rooms are clean and up to date.”

“Althea the front desk receptionist is amazing! She has a bubbly personality and a positive attitude! She was so welcoming and kind! She goes the extra mile to accommodate all her guests. The property was gorgeous! Great pool, polite staff & an awesome bar with a friendly bartender in the lobby! Loved this place and will most definitely be back! 10/10 one of the BEST & cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at!”
