“This place isn’t a four star hotel, don’t be fooled by the pictures.1) It’s just a port of call for cruisers, and the resort caters to the type.2) Pool chairs are all taken by 9 am by people putting towels down and going off. Management indicated (manager on duty is Niko) there is nothing they will do about it, quote by the front desk Kelvin “you are on your own out there”.3) Doesn’t matter what room you select ahead of time, we were assigned a handicapped room and the shower and bathroom was just drenched with water and towels all of the time. We had a regular King room when we selected.4) construction - the place is in shambles and you have to go through construction zones and boarded up hallways to get to your room if in any of the wings.5) be ready to pay for 4$ iced coffees with no lids, and wait in line 20-30 minutes for a beer by the pool bar.We ended up going to the spa and Marriott beach resort for meals, spa and pool. This place is quite frankly a waste of money.Enter canned management reply about taking concerns seriously:”
