This was my first time in Miami.... arriving here at this hotel I met two awesome people Sonia the front desk receptionist was very professional kind just a beautiful person.. she made us feel right at home she even gave us some advice on places to go.. every morning she greeted us It made us feel right at home..I also met a gentleman by the name of Charlie he was sweet as well and very professional.. I needed a phone charger desperately and Charlie was able to find me one to use until I was able to get one and this helped out so much.. THANK YOU SONIA AND CHARLIE for EVERYTHING!!😘 the breakfast is very good it’s limited but when you choose the option for breakfast included it’s definitely worth it.. it helps start your day . The hotel was clean and you have everything you need microwave ice & soda machines. It’s about a 25 minute drive to South Beach we had a rental car so this was not a problem but if your looking to be close to South Beach again this is about 25 to 30 minutes away.. I definitely will return here to stay my next trip back to Miami

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff entered my room multiple times without permission 800 dollars came up missing out my bag no hot water for 3 days and people sleeping in the lobby because the hotel gave their rooms away to other guest. After reaching out to the management nothing got handled he was very rude and barely let me speak I’ll never stay here again you’ll have a better stay in your car I promise you that

Sonia Rivera was amazing in checking us in and welcoming me back for the second time. She was friendly and attentive. Bilingual a plus for me. The location is great. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Highly Recommend. Thank you and hope to return in the future.

Great service, clean rooms, and beautiful views of the swamp (I’m an animal lover, so this is a plus). You can walk by and listen to the birds. We saw an owl and small non-venomous snake. The bartender was awesome and she makes some killer margaritas. Must try!
