“We were a group of nine and we really enjoyed this hotel and staff. The hotel is clean and beautiful and in great location. The breakfast is great and the staff that welcomed us to breakfast were very kind, especially Ms. Gonca who made sure to remember our rooms numbers and was mindful to what we needed during breakfast. I rated this hotel 4/5 because the amenities in the rooms were not satisfying, for example the AC was difficult to adjust and rooms were very cold. The showers lacked head caps and other stuff for shower. And the rooms we got were located in different locations. Yet, the room cleaning staff were and so nice and respectful.”

“Has a lovely stay. The hotel is well located for the old town, rooms are comfortable and clean. The terrace restaurant has a big menu and the food is very good. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially Gonca in guest relations who was so helpful with booking cars and information about the local sights and making sure we were being well looked after.”
