Nestled at the base of the Hollywood Hills, with sweeping views from Downtown LA to Santa Monica, our first West Coast hotel draws inspiration from the land, sea, and abundant sunshine of Southern California. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of LA and the Hollywood Hills. Thoughtful touches bring nature into your space with native greenery, reclaimed wood, earthen plaster, clay tones, marble bathrooms, and organic cotton linens. In the heart of West Hollywood, nature takes center stage. The 1 Hotel West Hollywood has officially moved in on the corner of Sunset and La Cienega and features killer panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown Los Angeles. No name changes will be accepted 7 days or less prior to arrival. No psuedo names permitted. Early departures will be assessed a penalty of one night's stay plus tax, in the event guests do not utilize all nights originally booked. Guests will be required to provide a valid credit card to the front desk upon arrival before signing privileges on incidentals will be extended. Credit card will be pre-authorized for $150 per night based on the length of the guest's reservations. (fee subject to change) Must be 18 years of age to check-in. If guest is under 21 years of age, they have to pay $50 for mini bar removal (fee subject to change). The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. (fee subject to change)
