“Would not stay here again.
We had 2 rooms booked and had requested them being side by side. We were told this should be possible but not guaranteed. Despite the hotel not having many guests they were not able to offer us side by side rooms. When questioned about it upon check in staff weren't interested in checking to see if they could make this happen for us.
Housekeeping was by request, yet the day we requested it they didn't even bother to wash the glasses in the room.
A 21st at the hotel in the floor below us was loud and disrupted our sleep.
The fridge in the room had no shelf so we were unable to store drinks and snacks.
Discussed with reception upon check out and although given a small discount we were not offered an apology. It seemed like staff did not care.
Despite the great location, the staff at Rydges really let the hotel down.”

“A nice location which is not exactly on the Main Street. Away from the noisy crowd and still easy access to a lot of places.
The hotel staffs were very welcoming..
Not a very spacious lobby, sometimes might be busy in the lobby when a lot of guests are around.
The room is comfy and spacious, clean room with great amenities.
