confusing experience: few years ago, I went to this hotel, I was there for a few days, it was quite normal and then the day just before I left Milan I asked the reception to call a cab for me. At 9am I got on the cab, after few minutes I realized that I forgot something and so turned back to hotel to get my stuff. I realized someone followed me once I am back to the hotel and followed me in the lift. She kept on writing on her phone nervously in the lift and when she pushed the button, she actually didnt know which one to choose. once I returned to my room, I saw the door wasn't closed. I found my luggage in a different place. I opened it nothing lost. I found really strange but I had an appointment so I left hotel. I only took a picture on how my luggage was placed, the stuff inside and the zip. At 4pm I was back to the hotel and when I was back to the room, I realized my luggage was in another different place, which was the initial place that I put. The zip wasn't in-line with the picture I took. I opened it and found nothing was lost but my stuff wasnt in the right order. So I called the staff to ask him to come and try to understand why the luggage was moved and why their stuff messed up with my stuff in the luggage. On the phone I just said some issues with my room and please come. So 2 staff came to my room, before even I opened my mouth, they asked me if I lost anything. Weird, how can they know? I understand at that moment I may be in danger when I remember the woman followed me in the morning, I called the cab with the hotel so they know my destination and time that will be spent. My return to the hotel was unexpected to them so they couldn't have time to put back my luggage and to close the door properly. So I took all my stuff and checked out without replying them a single word. on my way i was thinking if it's not about money what were they trying to steal? Now I think I have finally the answer, I suspect the staff of this hotel may involve in passport trafficking. They let the thiefs come in and made deals with them. I didn't share this story before because I didn't want to accuse people of something wrongly but I saw that I wasn't the only one that had this experience here. so I strongly recommend people to keep their passport with them yes this hotel is cheap and well located but can you afford the price of losing your passport

Hotel bem situado, próximo dos pontos mais interessantes de Milão. Quartos amplos, limpos e confortáveis. Pequeno almoço bom e variado, servido numa sala interior, o que é pena)! Atendimento personalizado e atento ao cliente. Camas confortáveis e quartos de banho cm tamanho ajustado. O quarto tem mini-bar. O hotel não oferece água, o que considero ser o mínimo que actualmente pode estar incluído no serviço do quarto.

Ok hotel. It is not a 4*, 3 star makes sense for the rating. Breakfast is good. Rooms decor is ok. Location is very convenient. Staff is not very attentive (for Italy standards).

NH Collection is a 3 star hotel group posing as a 4. I booked a deluxe room and was unpleasantly surprised at how small it was. Other members of my group booked a standard room and said it was like staying in a student’s dormitory. Breakfast was basic.Little to no hot items.

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, apenas doce metros cuadrados más o menos, está céntrico y bien ubicado, tiene un buen bar donde ver los deportes y sala fitness para hacer deporte. Muy limpio. Recomendable

The hotel is generally good, but my room is very noisy, as the windows do not block the street noise.The sounds of the garbage trucks at 6 am is terrible!Also, the business center does not have comfortable chairs and tables for working, and the section with a large work table is right on the lobby with people going by constantly.So I took off my shoes and tucked my legs up to work on the couch and a staff member came by to tell me I could not sit with my shoes off!The cheek of him.

We stayed in a Junior Suite - overall it is a very nice hotel. The staff was all super nice and very helpful. Both before and after our stay! The front desk was able to help with several issues we had (not related to the hotel) and was always extremely responsive and friendly, even when they were very buy. Our room was large by European standards and had adequate storage and desk space. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with the window closed. Unfortunately we had to leave the window open for our entire stay. I was happy with the bathroom, although the tub was weirdly narrow. The bottom of tub was as wide as my foot is long! Maybe that is a normal European size. I would have greatly preferred a shower stall though. However the water got as hot as you could want and all of the amenities were high quality. They were also happy to supply extra coffee pods. We stayed here in mid November and the climate control would only allow heating. So our room was pretty much always too warm. Even with the window open it was still warmer than I would like. My understanding is that this is not an unusual for the area, however the other hotel we stayed at in Milan offered much better climate control. I was somewhat disappointed in the breakfast. For the price I would expect more hot options. Also, on two of the days, the eggs were quite good, on the third, they were not. If we stay here again, I think it would be much better to have breakfast around the corner, for less expensive and better options. There is also a little gallery where you can buy local artwork, as well as several quiet area where you can sit and work around the lobby. The location is also very good with the extensive botanical gardens and many great restaurants nearby. It is also very close to a metro and tram station.

Gr8 location. Ample parking spots around. Clean and neat hotel, what u would expect from an NH-hotel. Friendly staff. Room key card lost its function when in same pocket as cellphone. Had to reload room key card at the reception multiple times

The hotel is great, the rooms are well designed and the service is great. The only issue are rooms that are near the main street as you'll get a lot of noise even with the window closed.

Nuestra experiencia fue nefasta. El hotel está bien sin más, pero el desayuno horrible, si no os viene incluido no lo cojáis excesivamente caro para lo que es, además te cobran lo que quieren según el día. Cerraron nuestro hotel sin avisarnos y nos destinaron a este, cuando llegamos el recepcionista nos trató fatal tanto a nosotros como a los otros huéspedes que nos había pasado lo mismo. Nos dijo que supuestamente nos subía a una habitación VIP por las molestias pero la habitación era la misma básica que se ofrecía en Internet. Fue muy maleducado y descortés el trato que nos dió. Tan pronto te hablaban en español como en inglés o en italiano en plan popurrí para desconcentrarte y que no supieras como responderles. El último día nos quisieron cobrar un precio distinto al indicado cuando llegamos por el desayuno, que solo consumimos un día porque el segundo lo cancelamos, y cuando reclamamos que el precio no correspondia el señor se hizo el tonto y olvidó como se hablaba en inglés solo nos hablaba de mala manera en italiano. Muy muy maleducados. En ningún momento se hicieron cargo del cierre del otro hotel (misma cadena) ni de qué no nos hubieran avisado, así mismo intentaron que dejáramos la habitación antes de la hora establecida. Pese a que el hotel, la habitación en si es una cosa normal y está bien para un finde el trato del personal y el desayuno provocan está malísima valoración a este hotel que ni lo recomiendo ni volveré.

We stayed here from Aug 10 to 17, 2021. We landed at Linate and the hotel is very accessible from Linate airport via bus 73 for just 2 euros. You can also buy the one day ticket from the airport for 7 euros valid for 24 hours. We were upgraded to a bigger room without a view and a small window upon check in. The breakfast crew were all nice although instead of a self service buffet, someone is serving the food. A big thank you to all the breakfast staff. Our stay was uneventful except for our last night when we arrived without fresh towels and no hand towels and floor towel in the shower. I called up the reception to complain and they said they will bring them to us. After 20 minutes no towels came and I had to call the reception again and expressed my disgust. After a while somebody came to our room and handed over to me the towels without even saying a word or good evening or whatever which i found to be rude. I once worked for a hotel here in Vienna and I know how hard these people work that is why i give daily tips to the room cleaners. I gave no tips on our last night of course neither to that rude guy who delivered the towels to us. I am giving you 3 instead of 4 stars.

Simple, nice, clean hotel in a central location in Milan. Good for business trips as well as weekends. Rooms are recently renovated and all with wooden floor. Good quality / price. Front desk staff is very nice and polite.

Ubicación perfecta a escasos 15 minutos del centro y cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas de Milán y a escasos 5 minutos andando de la estación central. Habitaciones amplias, modernas con todo tipo de comodidadesa pesar de estar en tiempos de COVID-19. Habitaciones silenciosas y con buena oscuridad proporcionada por las cortinas. El personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier tipo de problema. Desayuno muy normal, te sirven ellos puesto que estamos en pandemia, pero puedes elegir entre mucha variedad de alimentos.Perfect location just 15 minutes from the center and close to the main tourist attractions of Milan and just 5 minutes walk from the central station. Spacious, modern rooms with all kinds of amenities despite being in times of COVID-19. Quiet rooms with good darkness provided by the curtains. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any kind of problem. Very normal breakfast, they serve you since we are in pandemic, but you can choose from a lot of variety of foods.

The hotel is located close the dome of Milan, in about 15 minutes or less walk you are there. I would say the location of the Hotel is great. We (family with 1 kid) were very happy with the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, but the only issue I would complain is that the outlets are loose, you have to be careful when unplugging stuff, anyway, this is just a small complaint and I will not remove stars because of this. We had a great stay and we will definitely stay again.
