Fizemos o check-in neste hotel há algumas horas e ninguém estava atendendo a recepção por cerca de 10 minutos. Os elevadores estão fora de serviço, e entendo que isso aconteça, mas é um grande inconveniente, pois vejo em postagens de alguns meses atrás que esse é um problema contínuo. Trouxemos comida para comer e não conseguimos encontrar uma mesa limpa para se sentar, como se nunca tivessem sido limpas após o serviço de café da manhã terminar esta manhã. Há manchas na maioria das cadeiras e em todo o tapete também. Chegar ao quarto não era melhor. O quarto tinha sido "reiniciado", mas claramente não foi bem limpo. Há pipoca estourada na prateleira do armário, xixi e cabelo secos nos assentos do vaso sanitário e manchas nos lençóis e nos móveis. No momento, estou indo comprar produtos de limpeza e lençóis para que não nos sintamos tão enojados por dormir aqui esta noite. Não tenho certeza de como este hotel tem uma boa classificação dos comentários e gostaria de ter lido mais dos comentários recentes antes da reserva.

Eu só fiquei neste hotel por uma noite… porque eu tinha lugares para estar… e não foi uma experiência horrível. O quarto era agradável e espaçoso, e tinha vários lugares para se sentar. Os problemas começaram a ocorrer antes mesmo de entrarmos em nosso quarto de hotel. Estávamos bloqueados! A chave digital da sala não funcionou… e passamos mais de 15 minutos tentando solucionar o problema. Quando desisti, fui para o lobby, onde as pessoas que estavam entrando no quarto estavam conversando por cerca de 30 minutos. Era por volta das 10h40 quando finalmente consegui a chave física do meu quarto. A porta do chuveiro estava EXTREMAMENTE barulhenta quando você tentou fechá-la e provavelmente podia ser ouvida por todo o corredor 🤣. Fora isso, o café da manhã complementar foi um bom começo de manhã, e a vista do lado de fora do quarto era bonita. No geral, este foi um… 3,3/5 estrelas

We checked in to this hotel a few hours ago and no one was attending the desk for about 10 minutes. The elevators are out of service, and I understand that this happens, but is a huge inconvenience as I see in posts from a few months ago that this is an ongoing issue. We brought food in to eat and couldn't find a clean table to sit down at as if they were never wiped down after breakfast service ended this morning. There are stains on most of the chairs and all over the carpet as well.Getting to the room wasn't better. The room had been "reset", but it clearly has not been cleaned well. There is popped popcorn on a cabinet shelf, dried pee and hair on the toilet seats, and stains on the bed sheets and furniture. I am currently on my way to go buy cleaner and bed sheets so that we don't feel as grossed out to sleep here tonight. I'm not sure how this hotel has a good rating from reviews and wish I had read more of the recent reviews before booking.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night… as I had places to be… and it wasn’t an overall horrible experience. The room was nice and spacious, and had several places to sit down. The problems started to occur before we even got into our hotel room. We were locked out of it! The digital room key didn’t work… and we spent over 15 minutes trying to troubleshoot. When I gave up, I headed to the lobby, were the people who were checking into their room were chatting for around 30 minutes. The time was around 10:40 when I finally got the physical key to my room. The shower door was EXTREMELY loud when you tried to shut it, and could probably be heard through the entire hallway 🤣. Other than that, the complementary breakfast was a nice start to the morning, and the view outside the room was pretty. Overall, this was a… 3.3/5 Stars

Estadia amigável, cheira bem e limpa em todo o hotel! Eu estava em um quarto de animal de estimação e cheirava bem e fresco. Os quartos para animais de estimação em que estive em outros hotéis normalmente têm um odor. Ó super recomendo!

Friendly stay, smells nice and clean throughout the hotel! I was in a pet room and it smelled nice and fresh. Pet rooms I've been in at other hotels typically have an odor. O highly recommend!

4 estrelas devido a apenas um elevador de trabalho que era extremamente lento. Além disso, a temperatura nas áreas comuns, como os salões, elevador, lobby, área de alimentação, etc. estava muito quente. Provavelmente mais quente que o calor de julho lá fora. Embora, o AC no quarto funcionou muito bem. Bom café da manhã também. Poço para churrasco para usar, putting green, piscina interior e muitos lugares ao ar livre. 21/07/2022 - 23/07/2022.

4 stars due to only one working elevator which was extremely slow. Also, the temperature in the commons area(s) such as the halls, elevator, lobby, eating area, etc. was very hot. Probably hotter than the July heat outside. Although, the AC in the room worked quite well. Good breakfast as well. BBQ pit to use, putting green, indoor pool, and lots of outdoor seating. 07/21/2022 - 07/23/2022.

I wish I could give zero stars. Here is what was wrong with my last visit:1. I was traveling with my wheelchair bound and hearing impaired 95 year old mother. When I made the reservation, I had specially requested an appropriately accessible room for her and a normal room for me. When we checked in, I found to my chagrin that they gave her a normal room and when I went to the desk to get this corrected, they informed me that they had no available wheelchair accessible rooms and a normal room was all they could offer her. So much for reserving an accessible room! 2. We arrived at our 3 PM check in time, but the rooms were not ready and we had to wait about 30 minutes after a long drive. 3. The front desk would not answer my phone calls from the room. 4. The Wi-Fi in my room did not work. 5. The “hot” water in the shower was lukewarm at best.Otherwise, we had a lovely stay at a one star hotel while paying three star prices!

Very nice hotel, quartos limpos, silenciosos e espaçosos com ventiladores de teto. Churrasqueiras, putting green, piscina, comida e bebidas gratuitas nas noites de quarta-feira e café da manhã todas as manhãs. Apenas pequenos problemas a tela LCD no termostato em 414 precisa de reparos, não recebeu café reabastecido com a limpeza do quarto e não conseguiu fazer a impressora funcionar no centro de negócios.

Esta é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste local. Fiquei satisfeito com a primeira experiência, mas desta vez foi extremamente decepcionante. Reservei a suíte king de um quarto, mas fui colocada em uma suíte acessível, que não solicitei ou reservei. Havia uma mancha enorme no sofá do sofá. Havia música alta tocando até altas horas da manhã. Não consegui ter uma boa noite de descanso devido a toda a música alta. Devido a todos esses problemas, não voltarei a este local no futuro.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, spacious rooms with ceiling fans. BBQ grills, putting green, pool, free food and drinks Wednesday nights, and breakfast every morning. Only minor issues LCD screen on thermostat in 414 needs repair, didn't get coffee refilled with room cleaning, and couldn't get the printer to work in business center.

This is my second time staying at this location. I was pleased with the first experience, however this time was extremely disappointing. I booked the one bedroom king suite, but I was put in a accessible suite, which I did not request or book. There was huge stain on the sofa couch. There was loud music playing until the wee hours of the morning. I was unable to get a good nights rest due to all the loud music. Due to all these issues I will not be returning to this location in the future.
