Jeremy Wegman from maintenance made our stay enjoyable. Air conditioner frozen, and heat was shooting out. Jeremy went above and beyond, helping us move to a new room promptly. Everyone was happy after the room change. Airport shuttle was on time each day as well!

Piscina não estava funcionando. O ar condicionado mal estava funcionando no quarto, tinha ajustado em 69, mas provavelmente nunca ficou abaixo de 74. Barra de sabão do ocupante anterior no chuveiro, e também havia água no balde de gelo do ocupante anterior. Sem geladeira sem micro-ondas Quarto cheirava a inseto pulverizar. Por US$ 167 eu esperaria muito mais.

Pool was not up and running. Air conditioner was barely working in room, had it set on 69 but probably never got below 74. Bar of soap from previous occupant in the shower, and there was water in the ice bucket from the prior occupant as well. No fridge no microwave Room smelled like bug spray. For $167 I would expect MUCH more.

The guy that checked us in was not enjoying his job in the least. Muito rude. But the rooms are clean, comfortable. My main thing about a hotel is the bed. It was quite comfortable! Very large hotel so you have to walk quite a bit, pet friendly so that works for us. Enjoyed our stay. One thing they don't tell you is don't park until you get your room key, you will need it to enter and exit the paid parking area.

El tipo que nos atendió no disfrutaba su trabajo en lo más mínimo. Muy rudo. Pero las habitaciones están limpias, son cómodas. Lo principal de un hotel es la cama. ¡Fue bastante cómodo! Hotel muy grande, por lo que hay que caminar bastante, admite mascotas, así que eso funciona para nosotros. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. Una cosa que no le dicen es que no se estacione hasta que obtenga la llave de su habitación, la necesitará para entrar y salir del área de estacionamiento paga.

Lots of really bad reviews I’m seeing.
It’s a sub $100 hotel.
Folks at the desk were nice.
I did not try the restaurant - super good Chinese food nearby you can have delivered. Plus an awesome diner around the corner.
Bed is very comfortable.
It’s fine if you need a place to sleep nothing more. Did not expect a 5 star hotel and was not disappointed.
Don’t be a Karen like a lot of these reviewers.

Quando chegamos para fazer o check-in, nos encontramos com uma jovem que tinha uma atitude talvez com outra pessoa, mas descontava em nós. Porque ao fazer o check-in, demos a ela nosso nome dizendo que reservamos 3 quartos, 1 era para ser uma suíte. Em vez de perguntar quem fica com o que ela está ali, como se conhecêssemos o negócio dela, não perguntando quem é que recebe o quê ou vai para onde. Tudo o que ela pediu foi que eu precisasse de um cartão para garantir o quarto, quando ela deveria ter perguntado como isso estava sendo pago como uma conta ou separada. Então todos nós vamos para nossos quartos separados apenas para sermos chamados e informados de que eu estava no quarto errado que eu estava no quarto que meu irmão e sua esposa e filho deveriam ter. Então, depois que eu arrumei todas as minhas coisas que eu tinha desempacotado e voltei para a mesa para descobrir que estou no quarto certo, eles simplesmente não cobraram o suficiente no meu cartão de crédito. Eu reclamo porque todos nós somos idosos e 3 de nós têm problemas no joelho que não precisam desse tipo de agravamento depois de chegarem de Chicago. E então, na transferência para nossos quartos, sendo recebido por cerca de 25 crianças entre os andares do saguão e entre os andares. Não é o que você espera de um lugar com os preços que pagamos para a estadia de 2 noites. Este é o Hilton by the Airport em St. Louis. Temos ficado no Hilton antes, mas não este e eu não recomendo.

When we came in to get checked in was meet with a young lady who had an attitude maybe with someone else but took it out on us. Because when checking us in we gave her our name telling her we have reserved 3 rooms 1 was to be a suite. Instead of asking who gets what she stands there as if we were to know her business not asking who is to get what or go where. All she ask was I need a card to secure the room, when she should have ask how was this being paid as one bill or separate. Then we all go to our separate rooms only to be called and told I was in wrong room that I was in the room my brother and his wife and son was supposed to have. Then after I packed up all my things that I had unpacked and going back down to the desk to only find out I'm in the right room they just didn't charge my credit card enough. I complain because all of us are seniors and 3 of us have knee problems not needing this kind of aggravation after just driving in from Chicago. And then in transferring to our rooms being met by about 25 kids between floors in the lobby and between floors. Not what you expect from a place with the prices we paid for the 2 night's stay. This is the Hilton by the Airport in St. Louis.We have stayed at Hilton before but not this one and I don't recommend it.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds were soft. All the taps ran hot and with lots of pressureSince this is next to the airport there is jet noise. It's minimal and once in your room with curtains closed hardly noticeable

Seems like a hotel that was once great. No room service….. pool that’s broken peak summer……. Empty beer can and cigarette butts behind the couch….. won’t stay here again.
Visiting again March of 2022, pool is still broken…… hotel rooms are of similar poor quality. Will not return to this location.

Um grande obrigado a toda a equipe que nos manteve confortáveis durante a última tempestade de neve de St Louis! Enquanto nosso voo foi cancelado e nossa viagem abortada, estávamos aquecidos e gostamos da nossa estadia. A equipe do hotel foi muito amável. Don, o motorista do transporte foi muito útil. Eu estava viajando com minha mãe idosa e eles nos emprestaram sua cadeira de rodas para nossa pernoite. Sugiro que, se você estiver viajando e não puder caminhar longas distâncias, selecione um quarto próximo ao lobby. Ficamos na ala dos fundos e foi uma caminhada demais para minha mãe.

A big thank you to the entire staff that kept us comfortable during the latest St Louis snow storm! While our flight was canceled and our trip aborted we were warm and enjoyed our stay. Also to Jim with maintenance that helped my husband get our car battery started and even helped clean off the car!All the employees are to be commended for a job well done!

Certain expectations are assumed of the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, this hotel is tired and in need of a major makeover. The proximity to the airport is the one saving grace for the hotel at this time. I'm sure in the past it was a jewel for the area. But, the owners need to invest and help bring the hotel into 2022.

El hotel esta bien ubicado a solo 5 minutos del Aeropuerto. Ademas esta a solo 1 minuto de Avis rental para retornar tu auto. El hotel tiene habitaciones amplias y bien distribuidas. La piscina esta grande y limpia. El restaurante es muy completo y el bar abre hasta tarde en la noche. El servicio al cliente es excelente. En General las instalaciones son amplias, limpias y renovadas.
