Wifi was not working the last day I stayed, I couldn't check in to my flight from the hotel, food was bad I tried main hotel and casino restaurant and I didn't like it, AC was not working for some days I stayed, I didn't get the invoice at the moment i checked out and they promise to send me the invoice to my email and they didn't do it until my colleague in Lima call back again and ask for a copy, until now I asked for a clarification via email and I haven't gotten any response, I do not recommend staying on this hotel, It shouldn't be 5 stars.

Hotel advertised (on Priceline) free breakfast but actually they charging you for it so this would be false advertisement

Hotel novo. Cama boa, chuveiro bom, internet descente. Tudo funciona. Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã bem variado. Cassino grande no térreo, com máquinas de jogose algumas mesas. Várias opções de almoço e jantar a menos de 200 metros, pode ir a pé, zona segura e tranquila. Estacionando ruim.

Hotel, serviço e comida excelentes. Localização e boa para trabalho se o local for na região. Para lazer e turismo não recomendo, longe de tudo e o trânsito e terrível.

Ótima opção de hospedagem para quem precisa estar em Surquillo. O hotel é muito bem localizado, com excelentes acomodações - um prédio relativamente novo, que segue a linha e a tradição da marca Hilton. O bar serve um excelente pisco sour, bebida típica do Peru, o qual vale a pena experimentar e prestigiar.

If one wants to be equidistant to Lima's main attractions, you are in the right place. We want to highlight the extraordinary help and kind treatment we received from some of the staff. For instance, Roger, the lead person in the restaurant. Roger went the extra mile. Not only he does his job very well, exceeding the customers expectations, he is also a very knowledgeable person about the city and the country's culture and places turists and visitors might like to go while in beautiful Peru. Roger made our stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Surco an experience to return. Roger works with a team who are supportive to customer's needs, we want to mention Luis, who prepares the best coffee in town,Georgina, who is a one of the most promising chefs in Peru and Juliana who keeps the place neat and tidy. We also want to express our gratitude to another Roger in the Security and Greeter's team who kept us safe and well informed.The people in the housekeeping were extremely efficient. Thank you. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Surco during Christmas week. Everyone of the staff was friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Pilar who helped us throughout our visit. We dined at the restaurant one evening and it was very good, with outstanding service. Location of the hotel is also excellent. A short walk to Wong's and many banking options. All good. Can't buy breakfast for 35 soles if you didn't buy in advance. A welcome drink on arrival. Doesn't provide tooth brush. Only 2 English TV channels. Cnn and bloom berg. However, very clean. Good staff. Strong WiFi.Iron in room. Free water on first day.

I apparently left a one star review earlier today, I apologise for that. It was supposed to be a 5 star as always when I stay here. The staff is warm and friendly, the food is top rate, the service is second to none. Thank you for all you do for a weary travelers.

I have stayed here quite a few times and it is really cozy. If you are looking to party there are a few nice clubs less than 2 blocks away. Food is good, drinks are good, and the housekeeping staff are nice.

Enjoyed our stay here since it was a new hotel, and the receptionists are very friendly. This area is not downtown, so don't expect many sites close to this hotel. However, it is situated nicely near supermarkets, and good restaurants.

The dinner has very good options. Very clean, changing things and cleaning all days. The hygiene stuff are Neutrogena not blank brand.

This is a good mainly business hotel stay at in the Surco area of Lima, so slightly off the beaten track as a tourist hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful & attentive, and the rooms are well equipped & the beds comfortable. The hotel has a good restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Overall disappointing stay. 1. Because of a blizzard in Boston, the airport was closed and I wasn't able to travel/check in as planned. Although I notified the hotel manager of the issue immediately, the manager still chose to charge me $150 USD + taxes & fees because I didn't notify them of the cancellation 48 hrs in advance. Compounding this frustration was the curt/nasty email from the manager responding to my request not to be charged-- basically saying "too bad". 2. While the hotel is kept very clean, it was bothersome that I had to call and remind them on two separate occasions that they'd missed cleaning my room. I was only there for 4 days. 3. Another colleague who arrived on an early morning international flight to conduct several meetings prior to our conference convening was not permitted to check in early, despite previous request-- the hotel wanted to charge her as if she checked in the day before. 4. The ONE time I ate the hotel's uninspired/uninteresting breakfast buffet, I became violently ill. This was the morning of my evening flight back to Boston. Traveling from Lima back to Boston, doubled over with stomach pains was terrible-- and after 2.5 days, I'm still recuperating. I stayed at this hotel as part of a conference I was helping to organize (recommended by local partner) but as some who travels to Lima 1-2x/year, who has colleagues that travel to Lima throughout the year, and who sends teams to work on projects in Lima throughout the year, I absolutely will NOT recommend staying at this hotel- there are many much nicer places (without the weird casino embedded into the hotel's infrastructure), better located within the city, with better/more helpful and customer friendly management/staff.
