Owner should focus on lighting outside parking lot. Was out the whole time during visit but site and everything else good

Eu e minha família entramos em nosso quarto às 22h do dia 16 de março de 2022. Encontrei um percevejo em nosso quarto por volta das 23h20. Tiramos várias fotos e informamos a recepção. Eles se ofereceram para nos mudar de quarto, mas eu pedi para ser reembolsado nosso dinheiro porque não nos sentimos confortáveis ​​em ficar no hotel. Se houver um percevejo, há mais. A equipe foi rude e pouco profissional como se eu tivesse feito algo para eles. Eles se recusaram a reembolsar o dinheiro e disseram que estávamos no quarto há muito tempo. Ainda fizemos o check-out e fomos para outro hotel. Tentei entrar em contato com o gerente e o gerente geral e consegui correr por dois dias. Me and my family checked into our room at 10:00pm on March 16th 2022. I found a bed bug in our room around 11:20pm. We took several pics and informed front desk. They offered to move us room but I requested to be refunded our money because we did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel. If there is one bedbug there are more. Staff was rude and unprofessional as if I had done something to them. They refused to refund money and said we had been in the room too long. We still checked out and went to another hotel. I tried getting in contact with the manager and the general manager and got the run around for two days. Never got to speak to either and no one called back. I ended up having to call Marriott and speak to Corporate to get my money refunded and an apology. I forgot to mention that I am a Gold member and only stay at Marriott hotels. I recommend you all to not stay at this hotel. Very old, dirty, smells moldy, and not well maintained. Staff is very rude and unprofessional.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My family and I were in a need of a place to stay and it was like family when we arrived. The manager (Bookie) was amazing and her staff is too! Shante was so kind and warm , Brandi was always smiling and has a great attitude, Luz was so kind and thoughtful, Devon is the bomb! we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and feel like home! A cama era mole e desconfortável. O café da manhã consistia em waffles congelados descongelados em uma banheira de plástico que as pessoas pegavam com os dedos. Parking is limited. Check in could be easier, check out was a pain. Wake Up call was spot on.Left too early to take advantage of breakfast.Saw single roach in room, no other signs of bugs including bedbugs.Slow shower drain, water seemed lukewarm, toilet flushed slow. Small / crowded bathroom.

The place is badly in need of maintenance. The first room I was given had no plug for the bathtub drain. In the second room they gave me the tub had a plug, but it did not work. I ended up stuffing a washcloth over it to take a bath. The fiberglass tub was scratched and dinged. The window screens were torn. The coffee maker looked incredibly grungy. The place smelled yucky.I had to unload a full dishwasher that the last person left when what I really wanted to do was have a bath and go to bed. The bed was squishy and uncomfortable. The breakfast consisted of thawed out frozen waffles in a plastic tub that people were picking g up with their fingers. If the price for this room had been, say, $50, I would have felt OK, but it was not worth the price they charged. It is, I’m short, am overpriced dump.

Great staff. I had driven all night and arrived early in need of a room. The general manager of the hotel heard my story and went above and beyond to get me into a room quickly even though none were actually available for checkin yet. The place is made great by its kind, helpful staff.

Cute but dated decor, replacing the chipped and worn doorsills,and other chipped and worn wood would improve the appeal. The staff I dealt with was pleasant and helpful, the bed slept decent. However! The bathwater never reached above tepid even though I had it turned as hot as possible.

Update: 25 Jan The hotel manager called today to check on my visit. I outlined my concerns about the property. The manager responded with genuine concern and apologized for the condition of the hotel. I was very impressed with her dedication to making it right. I appreciate her loyalty and look forward to visiting once again.Threadbare property in need of significant maintenance, cleaning, and a complete update. Well below minimum standards for a Marriott property.Images attached depict a dirty, rundown property with a dated interior. Considering there are many similar comments in reviews of this property, it seems unlikely this will happen. Far below expectations for staying at a Marriott property from a Titanium Elite member.

I can't say enough about the Town Place Suites by Marriott in Bedford Texas. The staff here is fantastic!!!!! Hotel is fantastic also.We always feel at home when we are there. Our rooms are always clean and smell good. The beds sleep great. The staff is always willing to help. My husband and I always stay here when we are in the area.
