“This hotel is terrible. First, I am a Marriott member and have stayed at many Marriott hotels before and never experienced any problems. I had checked in and within 3 minutes of being in the room I had to leave. There was a moldy smell and made me feel very sick and the bedding appeared very moist and was not fully dried and the bed springs could easily felt and it was disgusting. I let the hotel know that I was leaving and they come up to see the room, the "manager" said "you will get all your money back but it will not be immediately". A few days later I called hotels.com to see the status of the refund and they told me the manager told them that I stayed at the hotel the entire stay and that I cannot get any refund. I call back to the manager at the hotel and they said because I was in the hotel (for 5 minutes), they told hotels.com I stayed at the hotel. Overall: very shameful customer service in a hotel that needs a lot of work. Very embarrassing for Marriott. Avoid this dump.”

“Our experience overall was great! Even though our room overlooked a construction site, we didn't hear any noises (might have been due to the weekend?). The front desk people were nice and helpful. But more importantly, the two housekeeping ladies we encountered were great! We asked for some extra sanitizing wipes and they provided them immediately with a friendly attitude. Everything in the room was clean as well.”
