Fiquei aqui 1 noite. Os funcionários foram simpáticos, o quarto era bom, a comida era muito boa para a área. Ótimo que eles permitem cães na área do restaurante e bar e no quarto. Check-in e check-out foram uma brisa.Agradeceria quando perguntei sobre o restaurante quando fiz minha reserva (segunda-feira) que me disseram que estava fechado. Fizeram uma visita ao restaurante e, quando fui verificar o cardápio, vi que estava fechado.Nenhuma comodidade de boas-vindas para meu cachorro, conforme anunciado. Ah bem.Demorou muito para tomar uma bebida no Bar One. Eles tinham muitos funcionários, mas ainda assim as bebidas eram lentas ... deve ser apenas um espaço pequeno e apertado para trabalhar.As pessoas pescam por lá dia e noite, muitas vezes bem alto. Eles também deixam grandes ganchos ao redor da área, então tome cuidado com seu cão. O nosso tinha um na boca e tivemos muita sorte de estarmos prestando atenção e o pegamos.Não senti a experiência muito 5 estrelas, mas o esforço estava lá. Tive um tempo agradável em geral.

Reservado aqui semanas antes para sua coleção de autógrafos da Cabana, mas o tempo de repente ficou sombrio e começou a chover. Choveu o tempo todo em que estivemos lá, e não dava para usar a Cabana de jeito nenhum. A comida chegava tarde, os pedidos demoravam a chegar na sala também. As luzes da varanda estavam quebradas e a energia da piscina não estava funcionando, mas não nos importamos mais porque estava garoa. Acreditamos que alguém deixou os plugues caídos no chão da varanda fazendo com que ficasse de molho em água da chuva.Nós reservamos para uma boa vista do pôr-do-sol fora, mas, infelizmente, não fomos capazes de experimentar isto durante a nossa estadia (meu aniversário). Pedimos uma extensão gratuita de 30 minutos - foi inicialmente aprovado, mas alguém foi bater e retirou-o devido ao nosso "ruído". Ao todo, os funcionários da recepção e do bar foram muito bons. Gostaria que pudéssemos experimentar o que viemos, mas, infelizmente, só conseguimos ficar dentro de casa, pois também estava muito escuro lá fora.Ainda gostei da estadia tho.

Booked here weeks before for their Cabana Autograph Collection, but the weather suddenly went gloomy and started raining. It was raining the whole time we were there, and was not able to use the Cabana at all. Food arrived late, orders took slow to be brought in the room as well. Lights at the balcony were broken and pool power was not functioning but we didn't mind any more as it was drizzling. We believe someone left the plugs laying on the floor at the balcony causing it to be soaked in rain water. We booked in for a good sunset view outside but sadly, we were not able to experience this during our stay (my birthday). We asked for a complimentary extension of 30 minutes - was initially approved but someone went knocking and took it back due to our "noise". All in all, staff at the reception and bar were really nice. Wish we got to experience what we came for but sadly, we only got to stay indoors as it was also too dark outside. Still enjoyed the stay tho.

Stayed here 1 night. Staff were friendly, room was nice, food was pretty good for the area. Great that they allow dogs in the restaurant and bar area and in the room. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.Would of appreciated when I asked about the restaurant when I made my reservation (Monday) that they told me it was closed. They went on about the restaurant, and when I went to check the menu saw that it was closed.No welcome amenity for my puppy as advertised. Oh well.Took a very long time to get a drink at Bar One. They had lots of staff but still drinks were slow...must just be a small tight space to work in.People fish around there day and night, often times quite loudly. They also leave large hooks around the area so be careful with your dog. Ours had one in his mouth and were super lucky we were paying attention and caught it.I didn’t feel the experience very 5 star, but the effort was there. Had a pleasant time overall.

This organisation knows nothing about customer service. After a number of email chains with the event organiser Hatty. I had my potential event taken up by someone else. Hatty had decided to reply to my email 4:55pm. She refused to take my calls and when I called back straight away after receiving her email. She had conveniently had her phone switch off. If it wasn’t for the location. Pier One would not survive.

Tínhamos uma vista perfeita para o mar ... O que completa a nossa estadia aqui para o nosso aniversário são as pessoas que proporcionaram uma excelente experiência ao cliente. Menção especial para Doreen da recepção que tornou especial nossa estada, também, o resto da equipe do bar, sala de jantar, arrumação, etc.

Classy hotel with comfortable bedding. Lovely view of harbour. Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly and accommodating, however it took a while to be seated, served and for our food to arrive. Possibly short staffed in this area.

Ótima localização, equipe fabulosa. Sentiu economia de uso com seu Plano Covid. Nosso quarto na chegada estava na estrada principal, então recusamos devido ao ruído contínuo do trabalho na Harbour Bridge. Após alguma discussão, recebemos um upgrade de cortesia para uma suíte Walsh Bay (da nossa suíte Hickson) que era grande, impecavelmente apresentada e silenciosa. Os cães são permitidos no hotel, mas não trouxemos os nossos desta vez. A única coisa que me preocupava era o sofá-cama. Foi difícil e insuportavelmente desconfortável. Arrumação veio e colocou outra cartola, mas sem sucesso. Foi terrível. Além disso, uma estadia encantadora e voltaria novamente. Altamente recomendado.

Great location, fabulous staff. Felt save with their Covid Plan the use. Our room upon arrival was on the main road, so we declined it due to the ongoing noise from work on the Harbour Bridge. After some discussion, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Walsh Bay Suite (from our Hickson Suite) that was large, impeccably presented and quiet. Dogs are allowed at the hotel but we didn't bring ours this time.Only thing of concern was the sofabed. It was hard and unbearably uncomfortable. Housekeeping did come and put another topper on it but to no avail. It was terrible. Apart from that, a lovely stay and would go back again. Highly recommended.

Lovely room with a magnificent view. Comfy bed. Well stocked mini bar. Beautiful architecture resembling the bridge beams. (That’s what I thought anyway 😃) wonderful service and above all you can take your fur friends here.

My husband and I stayed here in March just as the lock down hit after our wedding. While the place was ghost town and many services were unavailable, we were looked after like royalty and the hotel was absolutely stunning. Because of this experience, we decided to come back for my husband's 30th birthday when all of the hotel services were available again. Firstly, Chris at the front desk was fantastic and ensured we were looked after for our whole stay. We then had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and received amazing service. I didn't catch the names of the two that served us however, we did have a lovely conversation with one waitress who told us she was studying her masters in hospitality - her dedication to hospitality definitely showed through her 5 star service. Lastly, after a great night sleep in a comfortable bed, we went back down to the restaurant for a stunning breakfast by the water. Looking forward to our next stay - whenever that may be (hopefully soon).

Este hotel está localizado perto da ponte do porto e no limite do mar. Impressionante com sua aparência única e elegante, como um hotel de design. O interior é unificado em branco e azul como se fosse a imagem do mar, e é simples e limpo. O tamanho da sala era perfeito e muito confortável ☺︎ ♪
